CLS is wonderful. I was like "WHOA, that's VERY vanilla!" at first but I still liked it. They extract their own vanilla and do it QUITE well.

Now what was this thread about?
Started the vaping path to penury with an 808 starter kit. Then a bigger 808. Then I bought the "mod that won't be named", so I'm done on mods for quite a time.
Tried various juices. Taste buds not too good - I blame it on my meds. But I keep trying!
Bought some DIY stuff. Still no good tasting (to me) juices. I can go unflavored juice quite well though.
Then rebuildables..AGA T 2, IGO L, wire, cotton. 100 feet of wire for five bucks, cotton is close enough to free.
Have 15 bottles of different juices from my October orders sitting in front of me. Meh!
If I don't buy commercial juices, I would be paying less than twenty bucks (on the outside) a month for the hobby!!!!

Zoe: I like that "lingering stink" phrase!!! Maybe I can change my nick?

Well here the realaity of what I have spent vs what I was spending:

I am a cigar smoker, not chep cigars either, I smoked Cohiba Churchill's, about $300.00 for 25 cigras, I also smoked lesser priced cigars $80.00-$175.00 per 25, smoked at least 10 to 12 per week, or more, also smoked Swisher Sweets filtered cigars during the week at work...ok I have 5 PS mechanical mods lest say $400.00, 3 Provari with Z-Atty', there is a $1,000.00 odds and ends tanks, etc, ok lets say another $200.00 and I am not including my stuff for DIY...

If one does the math on my cigar habit I could have been funding a small third world country and killing myself, no I have what I need and am spending or saving on other stuff....

So I cannot complain...YES I am saving money , have a whole new group of people for support and I love it!

I only want a couple more toys..A Reo a couple HH .357 atty' , and another battery charger....I have done the math I haven't touched what I was spending on cigars.....

And my wife is happy or is that my husband...now I am confused...or am I an FBI agent, nope I am older than thirteen,,,,LOL

I remember your vaper's tongue episode. I made the mistake of starting DIY when I had vaper's tongue. When I started actually tasting my juice again I was pleasantly surprised how well most turned out and shocked just how sweet one was.

I recommend start simple then gradually start making complex mixtures.

@Penn - LOL thankfully I haven't had vapers tongue that bad since. I still really can't taste caramel when its by itself - it just doesn't work for me. no big loss.
