I just picked up the multiplug housing at a local DIY store. The neat bit is it's assembled from spare infinity leads - all our UK sellers include a UK power cord, but they still leave the continental or US one in the box. I just snipped off the plug, stripped the cable and wired it up. Takes a bit of fiddling around (so your octopus legs are all the same length!) but it's way worth it.
I'll try and find a link to the actual part (can't remember what they called it).

Awww Pillbox38 didn't leave my US plug in the box guess its the old radio-casette type leads with figure of eight connectors for me! Ya know that 12v or so input for the car charger that you can attch to those boxes? Well can, say, a spare 2 watt 6/12 volt solar panel fit there and charge it!? hmmm

Can't find a US version of this thing. This is what I bought, though.

Spidey, plugging in a dozen of these suckers every day was driving me insane. This is therapy!
I can not find anything like that in the us. But there are Uk to US adaptors. Woulld any UK merchants out there be willing to do me a solid and on my next order nip out to the hardware shop and pick me up a couple, and adaptors, and box em with your shipment? I'd pay for them, and reasonable P&P of course. Smokster? Rekojem? Pillbox? Beuller? Beuller?
