A greater concern is that the vendor doesn't seem predisposed to look further into the apparent consumer/client concern, seeming content that its being created in a lab is sufficient evidence that it is of high quality. Further, I would want to see some sort of quantifiable evidence that it is not 'harmful' (any more than any other e liquid may be) as a potential consumer. "Third party...lab" doesn't give me much comfort, when the third party could be XYZ fly-by-night manufacturer with a small pop-up trailer in a third world country. (just sayin'...I'm sure it's not, but it COULD be.)

I agree....

on page 1 of her thread she did say she is making changes ... I have to give her the benfit of the doubt, she is very good at creating, mostly, delicate flavors and has customized for customers for a long time ... she is responsive ... peruse her site, you will see she has taken as many safety precautions as many other top vendors, maybe even more so ... but this, I just dunno, like Mann said, maybe bad product, bad advice :(

is that possible ?

My question would be simpler and well-aimed: "Annette, would you be a satisfied customer paying for, and receiving this product, as photographed by your cusotmer?"

and

"Would you be proud to claim this as your product, on a YouTube video, at a vaper conference, to a juice reviewer, or even to the health department?"

Because, if the answer to either of those questions is *no* (which hopefully it would be), then the juice shouldn't have gone out the door.

And instead of defending myself, I'd be busy figuring out how to identify, notify, and refund the customers who purchased it.

I haven't seen anyone negating that, bbb.

Two of my all day vapes come from there. You can look in my bank statements. :p

Nobody is questioning the whole line. Only the juice in the photograph.

Simplest thing to do is man-up when you see a problem, the quicker you do it, the better. That way, you get to show the conscienciousness you write about on your website is actually in your actions, and not just advertising copy. ;)

I don't know why it's so hard to be ................. simple.

Once again I go back to a post I made recently (I won't re-post it.) But I was saying how a lot of these new "NET" vendors (I can't believe that now I have to put that in quotes) may just be playing with words when all they are really doing is buying some TA and adding it to the juice. There's not latakia, burley, or cavendish TA, though supposedly it comes from Turkish, it just presents itself as just TA, not any specific tobacco. Let's not get it twisted folks, there are some that are doing the damn thing, and some adding an ingredient to a PG/VG mixture. That is not the sum total of all TA juices, cause M&P know what they're doing (and Moondrop as well), but some are seriously getting away with simple DIY.

What is the name of that juice in question? Oh yeah, "Organic Best Damn Tobacco e-Liquid."

Racehorse, I must contend that it is not always simple to act what we profess to be our beliefs, or to align our behavior with our intentions. That seems to be part of the human condition.

Nonetheless, just as every action has a reaction, every choice has a natural consequence. In my case, the consequence of seeing a murky, heavily suspended liquid and reading the vendor's response to customer concern, will be the sound of my wireless mouse clicking on another NET vendor's virtual door.

Maybe TA should be referred to as Naturally Extracted Tobacco Concentrate (NETC). It is like using Real Lime concentrate in a gin and tonic... Instead of actually squeezing a lime. They both are made from juice from a lime? Or getting 100% fruit juice to drink vs. juice that has 10% fruit juice? In both of the examples the desired flavor is expressed, but the results are slightly different?

Also, NETs like we have been discussing are not oil based, and don't need alcohol to keep them in suspension... Just look at the ingredient list for BGB and DD... No alcohol included. On top of the fact that oil based flavors are not the best thing to be vaping? The more I read, the more I plan on staying away from juices that stink of alcohol when I open them (Edit: This is a generalization, not an absolute statement... Not worried about a little flavor oil or essential oil every once in a while, but don't plan on using them as an standard vape)... I have found enough NETs to keep me happy. But that is just me :)

P.S. My A+ is in the mail, and if I had to guess will arrive on Thursday at 2 PM CST... Expect my initial review shortly there after, LOL

This just in:
If any one wants their money back or a replacement, I am happy to send it. The droplets are due to my error in not accounting for temperature change and I am, of course, willing to take responsibility for that. They don't make the e-liquid unusable, but they are unattractive--fugly!

Of course I don't think it was a temperature issue, or even droplets, but that is where this issue stands now. Geah, and I'm out. Deuces.

Of course I had to re-post her post to log it in for the records. :nun::sneaky::nun: No editing on that one. LOL

It is now preserved, unlike the juice... No more separating the truth from the facts, oops I got that wrong

On a more informative and productive note... It took me 30 seconds to find this one the site, and I am sure there is additional information, if I was interested enuff to look?

Yep, the exact same thing. Tobacco Absolute - One Stop DIY Shop Store Here you go! You could make a ton of Best Damn Tobacco with that one vile.

I am feeling a bit duplicitous tonight with my posting, as if it isn't easily seen, but I can't be PMing everybody.

I remember when leather shoes started to be made out of plastics......we called it "pleather".

Pleather Juice. I like it.

Gotta name one of my DIYs that. :D

Nothing worse than sitting in a puddle of sweat, on a "pleather" car seat, with shorts on, with no A/C, on a boiling hot day, stuck in traffic, haha.

Off topic, but the pleather reminded me of it, my cheapo ex-company who went down during the Dot.com bust (along with my stock..we were unknowingly getting kicked off the NASDAQ while the execs were telling us to buy, buy, buy with our paychecks ) gave us these logo jackets for Christmas. Some kinda fleece.

It was funny when we compared notes later on, after a washing.

Mine turned into lint after it went thru the dryer. I don't mean it let off a lot of lint, I mean LINT was all that was left of the jacket when I opened the dryer door.

I thought it was ironic, you know, FLEECE(D).
