I am still waiting on the 4th winner. She was on this morning and her current activity was private messaging, so i know she got the PM. I dont know if we just move on, and try to find another winner or just split among the 3?

Give her a little longer. Who knows, she may have TRIED to get to her PMs and been unable. Or maybe she wants to check out PIF before responding. Anybody else remember how confusing all this was at first?!?
I def. think she would need to be contacted again to let her know we're thinking of moving on to someone else before we did so. Could we send to the other 3 while waiting? 
good idea lets start with the first three and lets give her another pm. If I was a newb and then got sent a pm asking for my address because they wanted to give me something for nothing i would be thinking what the catch was..

I have sent her another PM. She's been in twice now private messaging with no word. If she doesnt respond, then I agree with keyzygirl, lulu would get my vote, (cause she did get screwed over and that topic seems to have just dropped) but would still love to hear what the others think....
links were included with first PM's... the other 3 jumped right on it, but maybe she is just being cautious... dont know if i should post her ID here and let you all flood her PM box and let her know.
