This is the easiest way I can put it, whichever mode you use, volts or watts, dont worry about the numbers. Start low and adjust to where you like it. As for the atomizer/tank, they aren't built for a certain wattage. Any can be used as low or high as you want. Just get whatever tank you want and adjust your mvp until it tastes good to you.

I gotta get an rda. lol, thats for sure.

Maybe you should wait awhile.

You have an MVP, correct? Get an iClear, a Protank, whatever you want, any resistance head you like, and set it for 11 watts. Done.

ETA: That's if you want to vape by numbers. Vaping by taste works much better. Start low and increase the power until it tastes good. This works with VV and VW mode.

Look's like a good idea, he's at 20 watts but it should prob perform at 11 somewhat enough to make it worth the purchase, for now.

It'll work just fine at 11 watts. Anything will really. Start with one coil. It's difficult to build a dual coil, much less a quad like RT has in that video. The main thing to remember is, know the lowest resistance your device works at and build the coil higher than that. Check it to make sure it is high enough to work.
The easiest thing to do for right now though is to get one of the tanks Ocelot mentioned and work your way up from there. You really need to get a good grasp on the basics before you start using rebuildables.

So what you are really looking for is something to Cloud Chase with.

Well I'll be short and not so sweat.

What those Cloud chasers don't tell you is the vape they get is HOT HOT HOT. So hot it kind of burns the back of your throat along with parts of your mouth.

They also don't tell you most of them use straight VG juice which produces more vapor than mixing it with PG. They also don't mention the juice they use is mostly unflavored and has no nicotine. Unflavored so it doesn't gunk up the coil to much and no nicotine so it reduces the throat hit and in their case the throat destruction.

Best of luck to you in your quest.

I vape for one reason, so I could stop smoking cigarettes and so I don't go back to smoking cigarettes.

Right, the only difference is to replace the coil you have to manually install the wire to the atomizer rather than screw in a replacement.

That installation process can be trickier than it seems though. You make a good coil, you get good performance. Make a crap coil, you get crap performance. That leads to frustration. Don't do that to yourself. Stick with the simplicity of replaceable coil tanks for now.

yeh, thanks. I'm glad I didn't get robbed blind cloud chasing. lol.
I might end up buying the Iclear30b tomorrow tho, just cuz I go through a miniprotank3 1.5ml tank in less than half a day at work.

Based on you saying you had a 2600 mah battery, I'm thinking you have an MVP? Good choices to start with on that device are an iClear or a ProTank, or any other type of clearo. For those, you need heads you just pop in to replace as needed. I would get some around 2 ohms. On your MVP, whether you choose v or w, start with a low number, and turn it up until you like it. If it tastes burnt, turn it down a bit.

I strongly recommend you do not buy an RBA until you understand a bit more about how this all works.

Well I just happen to be running a 1.3 ohm coil at 11 watts at the moment (3.8v) using a KayFun.

    BUT:

I can get a near identical vape with a 2.2 ohm coil at 7 watts (3.9v) using an A7.

You see every topper is a little different, and it's all about the thermal dynamics. Volts/ohms/watts is only part of that equation.

You simply can not look at A video that suggests using xx watts, and think that power level works for every topper out there. So just buy a topper that you think you might like, and then find out what power level works for you. (that's why your APV is adjustable)
