This thread raises many questions. One of which is can it be considered ethical to review a Beta Product for either good or bad. Another is can reviews be skewed for monetary reasons?

First off...I didn't know they were updating it...so I assumed this was final at the time I made the video and thought the same until I found photos that showed changes had been made. That said...I don't see any major changes to the cartomizer. So there goes your ethical argument.

And second...why do you keep bringing up money? No one makes money off of reviews. Sometimes you get free stuff to review and the only reason to accept that is because I don't have the money to provide enough content for my channel (I stalk the classified to try and save a few bucks when I can)...but half of the stuff I have reviewed I have paid for and most likely purchased for the sake of putting up a review.

So you got the CE3 from gotvapes. What was the date you got the CE3?

I didn't get it from GotVapes and I never said I did. Thank you for jumping to conclusions though. I got the CE3 a few days before the review when up. Do you have any other questions councilor?

I'm done talking about this with you.

I look forward to trying the new ones...and of course doing a video.

Yes I do. Actually Two Questions.

And I think they are questions that most people would find to be reasonable to ask seeing that it relates to a Video Review you made.

What was the Date you received the CE3 Cartomizer?
Who did you get the CE3 Cartomizer from?

Leftfeild I'm sorry about that. I didn't have any 100VG at the time of the review. I normally don't do the heavy VG's tho I do like Boba's and stuff and am thinking about ordering some Hype which is a 10/90. I did not have any problems with the 50/50 juice I ran through it though.
No need to go out of your way to see if it will or not. Waste of juice if it doesn't XD It's no big deal to try it myself and use DIY'd VG stuff. Cheap as.

Just if there was any indication it would be slow to wick it before I invest in 'em but I'll likely find out myself once I get some money in.

Jealous of pg users and their fancy tank systems that are vg resistant lol

Thank for backin me zoiD. I was a little angered by that early review in that he bashed a test model as though it was final release. Just bear with me as I want to truly run them hard so I can "fairly" critique them.

LegioX, I'm running these new ones (2.4-2.7ohm, metered prefill at 2.60ohm) on my provari at 4.0v. I have varied throughout the day (45 min at a time) at 3.7v and up to 4.5v. I did not notice much of a difference between 4.0 and 4.5, just slight warmth difference.

I did notice about a 10% reduction in vapor and taste at 3.7, but thats expected for a mid range ohm carto (2.1-2.4's will probably be better for the 3.7v devices) BTW the vapor and flavor so far are great. Much better than the CE2's, no leaking at all, and no flooding.

Kinda interesting thing is since these are gravity/wick fed, when they are filled, and the wick is wet, they will come in a few tenths higher during an ohm check on the provari. Once wet they metered at 3.0, up from the dry 2.6. Makes perfect sense though as the liquid is causing more resistance.

More soon!

What the hell are you doing to not get a burning taste? I filled mine up with 70/30pg juice and let it wick for a few minutes, take a puff at like 5.5 watts and all I get is a burning taste. I am so confused, am I doing something wrong or is this how they are supposed to taste???? Im fed up with this burnt taste, I've wasted so many of these and so much juice and I just can't get it to work.

Whats the secret here? Do these work effectively and give actual flavor? Do you have to vape through the burning taste? Is 100% PG needed for it to work?

edit* just tried filling one with a sample bottle of 100% pg i had lying around, so far so good.......which makes me upset. maybe I have to wait like half an hour for any VG to wick before puffing on it? I just don't know...

5.5 watts shouldn't be a problem for a thin e-Liquid. Was your original e-Liquid 70%PG:30%VG?

Also I think what you will find is that if a carto doesn't wick well in about 30 seconds, it isn't going to wick well period.

Yes it was 70pg 30 vg. The 100% PG one I filled is doing well. I filled a 3rd with some more 70/30 pg/vg and have been letting it wick. I'm scared to try it...going to give it a few more minutes lol. Its not that thick of a liquid...it should be wicking. Its quite frustrating.

It can be frustrating.

See how the 3rd one works. I wish I could help you more. The 5 that I have tried are hitting fine at 5-6.5 watts so I haven't had to trouble shoot them much yet.

Have you tried tried blowing into the mouth piece of the 1st Carto that isn't working well? I know that some people who use G4/G5's and Vortex's (Simlar Design Bottom Coil) have said that it can help.

LegioX, what ohm cartos are you using?

My ProVari says 2.8, and im using BWBs RY4 70/30pg/vg. Running it at 3.5 volts right now with minimal burnt taste, can't go much higher. My 100% PG ce3 went up to 4 volts but started to get a little burny so I lowered it to 3.8

yea, not working. even at 3.5 volts its getting burnt before i get to the flavor. i let this sit for like half an hour before using it. *cry*

That's really weird! I used a 2.6 ohm at up to 4.5v with 80/20 and 50/50 juice and never had a problem. I can only suggest a harder drawn on the carto and see if it helps. If you don't drag a little it might not be pulling juice. Remember it's a semi vacuum type feed.

I'll give another one a try but I've given up for hope for anything not 100% PG at this point. Maybe I should add some PG to my juices to dilute them. I'll try giving them a harder draw

Just got my ce3's I use 90% vg 10% flavor I left it sit about an hour after filling and gave it a toke. Well it tasted burnt so I started trying difrent strengths of draw on it and found I have to draw alot harder to get rid of burnt tatse. I could only get these in 2.6 -2.8 I normaly get my ce2's in 2.8 -3.0 and I don't have to draw as hard. Hopefuly in the future I'll be able to get them in 2.8 - 3.0
