There are no pictures, that I can find, of how it looks inside. At 399, it better be flawless.

Is there glue inside? Is the DNA board easily replaceable, or is it epoxy-ed in?

Is the lipo soldered on, or does is it connected via a plug?

Is the 510 easily replaceable, serviceable by the user (should EM disappear)? How is the 510 connected to the O-frame? Is it prone to coming loose?

And what happens when that glued on (I'm assuming) walnut inlay warps due to humidity changes, or getting wet, or getting e-liquid stains on it and needs to be washed?

Their website says, "Do not open the side panels, this is a sealed device and there is no need to peek inside."

Yeah, except when there is. Vape companies come and go and all battery technology eventually needs to be replaced.

I've already had to self-service a Hana Modz mod twice, due to minor, 510 positive pin issues.

If the inlay could be gently heated and pried off, and therefore replaced with a DIY design, should the need arise, it would be more interesting.

I've email them about these questions, but have not heard back yet.

It does look beautiful. And their logo is well-designed and tastefully placed; a rarity in itself.

But seriously, a mod at this price really needs to be user-serviceable-friendly.
