any 'taste' from the tubing??? and thanks for the info...

For the syringe type mod I use 5/16" X 7/16" vinyl tubing from a farm supply or hardware store . You can cut it to any length you want and it fit's on a carto snug (no leaking) but can be easily removed for dry burn or torching . Drip tips also fit this tubing just right and it only cost $0.30 per FT.

eventually a genisis, but what's strange is his mod relative to the e2. So what I'm wondering is what if the E2 just had 3 loops and a radius of about 2mm? Could we get heat out of it properly enough to get better e2s? Mine frequently hesitate, they get tounge tied and don't always wick enough or something, lol. if we can make the e2 better, then I might make both.
:p

I don't know whether to hesitate or bite my tongue about replying to that post.

If anyone is interested I found some thinwall 1/32" polycarb tubing in various diameters that looks like it would server well in mods here. Scroll down a tad and you'll find sizes that run the range from way too big to way too small in 1/16" increments. If you're lucky you might be able to find it in the local pet stores, I wasn't. I ordered from 9/16" down to attempt an ego matched mod. Doing the math it looks like and XL with a 9/16" tank should hold a little over 3ml.

Yeah, 'stephenluke' has made some mods from the tubing there. He also used 9/16".

What do you mean - weak? Less vapor? Less taste?

Meaning not strong enough for some people. Not hot enough. Less nicotine. Less throat heat. Less vapor. That all sounds bad, don't it? For me it doesn't because my sweet spot with a 3Ω E2 is at about 3 volts. Anything more than that ruins the taste of my juice. Taste means more to me than anything else.

I just received my kr808's screwed on the adapter and installed on my chuck.
But a problem here, its like trying to suck a lemon seed thru a straw.
Air flow is good off of the device, I tried it on my ego also, same thing, I cannot inhale, I can hear the atty firing.
Do I need a special adaptor for this 808?

You wouldn't happen to be using a 901 to 510 adapter, would you? The threads are the same, but a 901 does not have the small holes above the threads.
