Crippled Omni 4 chip, proprietary juice cup, the pump button works great but the edges of it are a little sharp.
Included rda in the kit is JUNK.

B2K is a better choice. ;)

Troll what do you think of the Omni family of chips? I've heard they have a pee-poor to dodgy track record. Love the NutSac btw and was looking at those a while back.

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
Very nice car Kross. I used to have a mint 72 Grand Prix. Only regret is I sold it.
My husband's truck broke down so he drove my car,, it was still dark & rainy,, a woman didn't see the car and proceeded to move the gas tank into the back seat area. I cried,, I loved that car! 2nd gear scratches & police pull me over all the time trying to buy the car. Years later I found a 1971 (for $700 again!!!!) Bought it for my son as his first car- he still owns it (he is 35 now)

Yes, I will be doing that for sure! Pretty much everything I own is gray , silver usually polished. I painted a 72 Cutlass gray with heavy metallic once,,, just bought a new car in charcoal gray.

My wardrobe is all gray, white, seafoam green & black,. No other colors-sure makes getting dressed & laundry easy

My three favorite colors: gray, dark gray and light gray.

Anyone looking for a good deal on an American made mech squonker check out the VapeAMP squonk box by Vaping American Made Products on sale for $50 at Flawless. I have one and it totally rocks! Very solidly built, yes. Can take 20700 or 18650 w/the adapter. 8ml bottle.
VAMP | Squonk By Rig Mod

The internals are solid...

Well, it might be waterproof to 1 meter, but what about internal juice leaks? It looks like the juice flows through two 90 degree angles to reach the 510, and the center of the horizontal portion is split with some sorta connection there for wen you take off the juice module. This may, or may not, be a matter of a squonk resistant to the outside elements, but have risks on the inside. I'd wait for more info before jumping into this as a lifeboat.
I agree. I'm not at all into the new when there are many proven quality squonkers on the market already to choose from. But I do understand HsD's wanting to get/try as many as he can before D-Day. If it was me I would be stocking up on the proven ... oh wait I've done that already. ;)

It won't disappear in a month or two. I'd wait for some early adopter feedback before jumping on board. Otherwise I like the concept. With a metal RDA you have a very rugged device that could stand up to some serious knocks. It's that join in the middle of the horizontal run to the 510 that's giving me pause.

With your talent, you should be teaching graduate school courses in matchy matchy. That blue looks like you used Pantone swatches to make sure it was a perfect color.
Twas sheer fluke, one of those random color drip tips that sat in a drawer for the longest time, and I already had the blue top cap. :D

I am not familiar with a fully functional Omni chip, there are some features that I would like to see on the Delta and have mailed Revenent Vape about a firmware upgrade for it, only to be ignored. :glare:

I do like the countdown timer it has for estimated charge finish time, it works well and would like to at least have the H/N/S wattage function implemented. I don't know how the TC is but would be worth a try also as I am a lazy dripper/squonker. ;)

NutSac has some awesome bags but pricey on this side of the border because of our chitty dollar.

What is that, what's its function?

Sorry, I realized the photos were in the story link, not posted.

This is the unit assembled

To get to the bottle, the mod separates in half, so the bottle is always contained inside the unit.

If you look at the top of the split unit, you'll see a hole corresponding to where the juice flow line connects between the bottle half to the side with the 510 (silver looking on the right bottle half, black plug like thing on the opposite). That's the join I'm curious about.

hmm... 24 pages tempt me to give this a go.
Background. MTL here who enjoys dripping on a Magma (lol doubt anyone still uses that) more than any tank I tried so far. But getting tired of the ritual.
looking for recommendations for a mod that
- has tc that works well (heavily leaning to a dna with replay, but any board that does tc well is fine)
- easy and not messy to fill and swap bottles. I like to vape 2 or 3 juices in a day
- all around well built squonker
hope to see many suggestions to start

A little bulky, but I think the topside yihi is the only thing that ticks those boxes, the standard topsides do TC, and throttle power well, if your not overly aggressive with wattage.

MTL? You don't need anything more than a single battery mod, especially with 21700s. Even an 18650 will do. A DNA 75/75C would be fine, but the Therion is essentially off the market and an HCigar is the only one I think you have a chance of finding, but I can't vouch for bottle swapping. For frequent bottle swaps, a Topside is the winner. Not only are they easy to fill from the top, but they slide in and out quite well, and the replacements come with the sled and a top cap so you can fill a few and go. With a 21700 like a 40T you'll be good for well over a day in mtl range. TC, well, average for a commercial midrange board. If that's a number one priority I'd look back to a DNA 75 wherever you can find one, but none will have the bottle simplicity the Topside offers. So your decision which is more important for your style of vape and use.

The Carbon Topside dual 18650 offers a YiHi chip made specifically for Dovpo, is not their to of the line board, but still better than the lower end boards they do. However the mod is huge, and a total waste of size and weight for mtl use.

For a DNA mod - the HCigar vt Inbox would work:
HCigar VT Inbox Evolv DNA 75 Temperature Control Squonk Mod

Or an Eleaf Pico Squeeze 2 mod, flashed with arctic fox firmware

    @Zaryk, wasn't aware of that.

But are they worthy of adding to an ever expanding collection of shinies if you could get hold of one?
I have to say that they are absolutely worth owning. I have nothing negative to say about mine. It is the only regulated mod that I still have in my rotation. I pretty much strictly use mechs because I'm overly picky about regulated mods, so that should tell you how much I like it.
