This is so true. I still experience this first hand with my Limitless XL rta using SS wire on my RX2/3 mod.

I think that last hit did something to my probe or setup, as now even 20w is only reading 450f.

Going to give it a break and then look at it again.

Yes, they have all been ~5 sec. If you look in the upper right you will see the "Last Puff Time" from Escribe.

Ok thanks Mike. If you get your set up going again I would be interested in a seeing a couple test at 2 seconds if you can since a lot of us take shorter puffs. Thanks again for your efforts.

Well, my probe is shot. It seems that getting up around 500 damages them. I saw the same thing during the last round of testing. The glass braid insulated one will probably hold up better, but the insulation is so thick it makes it challenging to put it in these tight spaces, they are also not as flexible. I could do it on a Velocity deck, but I havent figured out a way I could use them on these K-Nano attys.

I'm more of a numbers guy, but what I'm seeing suggests that taking that second hit in short order starts at a >10% temp increase and ends up so as well. For VV/VW vapers it suggests that the pause between hits is important to keeping at the temps we initially estimate on a room temp setup. What is the approximate pause between hits you were using Mike?

Agreed.
I paused for about 1 minute in all the 2 hit samples today.
The phenomena of successively increased temp is even more pronounced in a chain vape situation.

ETA: The 2 second hit round I did for garyintexas was only about a 30 second pause.
