From Dr F when I sent him a link to my explorations:

"I agree and we plan to do something like this in the future. In one of my publications I said that aldehyde emissions is not a matter of power but a matter of atomizer design and efficacy in liquid replenishment to the coil. There are many parameters affecting that."

Post #1 has been edited to include a select few blogs, so maybe it will catch new readers before they reach the vitriol pages.

This thread stirred a lot of controversy. In an attempt to actually prove, based on "sound" technique, what was going on inside our attys, a series of tests were performed. Here is a list of links you might find interesting:

Best Practices to avoid high temps on VV/VW mods.

before they reach the vitriol pages.

I hope you're not expecting vitriol-free vaping.

Upon my entry, it was "510 vs. KR-808". At no point in these 2,170 days have I witnessed any snipe-free period.

  1. 510 vs. 808
  2. Volts vs. watts
  3. Zen vs. 510 (Z connection)
  4. Provi vs. the world
  5. Zen vs. Evolv
  6. Zen vs. 510 (P3 connection)
  7. Diacetyl vs. common sense
...and a whole bunch in between, and following. All this and more, in less than six years.

I can't wait to see what's next.

  1. Temp constant vs. temp control?
I just totally made that one up, but there is nothing that could possibly surprise me at this point.

"We ARE Vapers!"

ps: for newbies - DON'T DONATE. It's a dead project. The link was posted for laughs.

Nope, it will always be something, but I got more than my share in this thread for a while.

I did my part, if anyone wants to sling mud now let them go ahead, but I want to see data, not baseless notions.

Hey, Mike. So you rock the boat and expect what, exactly? No broken glass, spilled drinks and irate passengers?

Do you remember how viciously Dr. Farsalinos was attacked when he raised his concerns about diacetyl? (Mostly from people who didn't want to give up their butterscotch vapes. :D)

Are you familiar with the expression "don't shoot the messenger"?
Hang in there! We need you!
