IMHO, not critical, it will just make your battery gauge a little more accurate. Depends on how important that little bat icon is to you I guess. Yes, You should start with a full bat, the analyzer will charge it full 1st anyway, before it does anything. Make sure you have a good "load" to test with....
I've seen ppl use an 18" length of 24g kanthal but I could just use an old build that's on a velocity right. dual 24g K @ .35Ω if that matters.

You could, but I wouldn't call that best practice. If you wait until Sunday night I can give you better options.

It's getting pretty damn hot in the screen area.
That's a given with this type of test but holy .....
I took the cover off and checked the batteries.
They're warm so it must be all board.
This can't be good for it.

EDIT - I shut it down. Device monitor said it was 130F+
I'll use a fan next time.

The only channel I can get with this stupid antennae is ECF
The mod's barely getting warm. Now we're cooking with Soylent Green.

I snagged a Juul w/extra pods from the classies today for wifey's TAAB friend
Looks so easy to refill that her thickasabrick buddy can probably do it.
    With cleavage...

    shortest video on youtube (cleavageless)...

Review from Zophie Vapes (not Zoey Nixon)

I switched to vaping over 4yrs ago & bought my best friend numerous mods, as well as gave her my easiest to run hand me downs, only to have her toss them aside & return to smoking. It was beginning to irk me, as I knew she'd be happier, healthier, not to mention greatly impact her finances.
Only when she found out she needed surgery & wouldn't be able to smoke did she buy her Juul. Thankfully it was the only type of vape that was easiest enough for her to use. Her biggest problem is she runs out of the cartridges, which where we live are only available in a couple stores. She's tried refilling the cartridges after also watching the instructions on YouTube, but had issues with leaking.
I was skeptic that the Juul wouldn't deliver enough for her to continue, but I was surprisingly shocked. I tried it & found it to perform extremely well for such a tiny device. She does misplace her, "kazoo", as she calls is, & then it's pure panic. Everyone around her goes into a kazoo finding search party so she doesn't nic-out. I personally think the flavor choices aren't the best, but what I think doesn't matter. As long as she stays on board & doesn't go back to smoking, I'm ecstatic!

I can send you a provari, but i don't have the extension tube. Will only take a 18490. Any use to you.

K send me a pm with your address. I have a bunch of old school clearos and coils as well. Iclear 16, IClear 30, PT2 ( with Air Flow control base ), Vivi Nova etc... if you want to run tests on those too ( sorry, not up to date on this thread, so don't know if you have or want to run tests on those ).

Won't be back home til Thursday, so i can mail them out on Friday.

No problem at all. I will mail them out on Friday. The only thing i may want back is the Provari, but there's no time limit. You can keep it for as long as you need it. My feelings on the Provari are the same as my mechs. For some odd, irrational reason i like to have it, even though i never use it :). I probably vaped less than ten days with it in all the years i've had it.

Just to be clear, i may have overstated what coils i have. I don't have any coils for the Vivi Nova and my PT2 coils are just the shells which need to be built ( although i do have a bunch of silica and 32g kanthal which i can send too). The only stock coils i have are the iClear coils. Oh, i have a few 3.7 ( non vv ) Ego's too if they are of any use.

Cool, lets stick to the iClear stock coils. The VV Nova I just tested, so dont need those. PT2s I have now and will be testing soon so dont need those. The iClears would good.

Not interested in building coils really, not for the older stuff. I want to test stuff that "others" might have and still be using. Also, I just got a Vamo coming too, so dont think I will even need the provari. I still have one provari that I can test against the Vamo, before I return it, to see if there are any differences temp wise on the same coil.

So Anyway, the iClears, would be good.

    Thanks,

How critical is it to run battery Analyzer?
They need to be fully charged to run it correct?
Thanks Mike, you rock :toast: <---coffee clacks

Note that the analyser results will be valid for the tested batteries only. Not of much use with replacable battery mods, in my opinion.
