Sorry guys, but this is the environment we created. In my lifetime the one thing we have perfected is hypocrisy. We love telling other people what they should be doing. Everything is a debate and argument and the mob rules. From your choices between paper and plastic to how you should raise your kids and it backfired on us. I would love to be the President of the mind your own business club, but I'm a hypocrite too...

Whelp, how many more lawyers to vape shops have to scrape up money for just to keep filing lawsuits to try to stay in business? It's not like the average vape store is making millions of dollars after expenses to keep up with the expense. Interesting the different media take on this. The NY Post, not exactly the bastion of accurate and objective reporting at least did write up this one.

I bought my first eGo from her in early 2013 in the lower Eastside, along with a Korean made top coil clearomizer called the "Cutie", for $65. Good clearo too. Better than the Vivi Nova! I was just walking by her tiny store which had opened up the week before, and stepped in out of curiosity. Didn't even know that vapes come in a form other than cigalikes, which I had been using for a couple of years. I was still a dual user, though. She was selling re-bottled DeKang juices in 10ml for $9.00. I haven't smoked a puff since. She is quite a character!

The easiest loophole for this will be to sell nicotine vg/pg base and flavour separately, or have vg/pg mixed with nic for any given amount and sell flavour separately.
I wonder what will happen with vendors like My Vapor Store and Breazy. Can;t find any source on whether online sales are in this "emergency executive order" that couldn't wait until the legislature was back in session.
The easiest solution for me is to slowly tap my nic base reserve for the rest of my life, and continue to mix my own.. but new vapers and others who don't DIY are absolutely boned!
I talked to My Vapor Store they planning on selling juice to people outside of NY as normal until they read the fine print they seem to think nothing in the exec order.
That is absolutely right they are in the Sh** not quite drowning but up to their necks, which is sad. A product that has saved many lives is banned because these Aholes know best What The. That idiot Cuomo actually agreed yes that Vaping was better than Smoking but followed it with 'So What'. The Family is originally from Sicily and he's acting like a true member of the New York Mafia.
I never do social media or tweeting or that stuff, don't even have a FB page (sucks if I wanted to buy expensive limited vape gear but I can live with it). Still felt forced to start my day out
New York City and New York state deserve what they get. They voted for it or by failing to vote tacitly approved what has been done. My sympathies are non-existent.
