I'm tired of reading bad news and the same old regurgitated crap that the FDA pumped out the the cattle we call the media in which is rehashed here time and time again. So maybe some truth for a change.

I think every one of us should make an effort to post our own comment on any media site that is simply posting more of the same alarmist FDA propaganda without any real facts. It's scary when you read some of the comments made by sheeple that obviously use these media sites as their only source for news and take everything posted their by reports as factual.

I try to post something like the following:

Dear (insert journalist name here), I am sorry to see you simply regurgitating more of the scary talking points the FDA has encouraged the media to spin regarding their findings in 1 out of 19 tested cartridges. Please take the journalistic responsibility to report the rest of the story. Here is a great link from Dr. Michael Siegel, a Physician and Anti-Smoking Activist that gives more detail.

I encourage you to please read what this doctor has to say regarding the ecigs and do a follow up story! While more testing is indeed needed and more quality control regulated, the simple fact that these devices obviously contain Fewer carcinogens than real cigarettes clearly indicate that they may help prevent a smoker from becoming another one of the 40,000 that die every year. The FDA is suggesting that users of these devices should go back to smoking regular cigarettes instead?! I'm sorry but that makes absolutely zero sense.
