Didn't make an argument, I asked the question. Why are you not fighting Starbucks to vape INSIDE? vaping is harmless second hand, right? So, why stop at outside their establishments? Why not demand to do it inside? Isn't that also a liberty you've lost?

PS. IF the exterior of a Starbucks is their property they can do what they wish. You never had any liberties on private property, so you haven't lost anything. You never had the liberty to go grocery shopping in bare feet either. Or any one of a number of other policies on private property that are there for one reason or another.

You seem confused about what liberties actually are. The government taking away your rights to do something is having liberties taken away. Private property rules are not. It's damaging to the vape cause when you confuse those issues.

I challenge you to show me where I said Vaping at Starbucks is a right or liberty? I never once even implied it. I have a pocket Constitution in the glove box of my truck I am very aware of what rights and libertys I am granted under its fine rule.

I suppose you might might be taking my statement made to WarHawk to make a twisted but invalid point in our conversation but I dont see as to what porpoise it serves?

It's kind of funny how our minds work with certain visuals and words these days. As soon as some people see what looks like smoke coming out of your mouth, they immediately think of the big C word CANCER!!! I even saw something the other day that I found very amusing. It has nothing to do with smoking, but everything to do with the C word. I was at an underground parking lot at Stanford for a meeting and when I got back to the parking lot to return to my car, there was a couple there with their son. The wife was reading a sign at the elevator that read something like "Caution, this garage contains automobile exhaust and is known to cause cancer". The wife said "omg I don't want to go in there, and the son who was probably about 5 or 6 years old said "I don't want to get cancer". Then he started crying. The dad ended up going down to get the car and picked them up at the elevator. I thought that was kind of amusing. If everyone knew all the things in this world that can cause cancer, nobody would ever leave their house. But then there is also the matter of what causes cancer in the house. Maybe we shouldn't go in our houses either. Oh my, what are we to do!!!
Maybe we should all just wring our hands and scream " The Sky is Falling!!!"

Challenge accepted. I'm thinking you might want to replace the pocket constitution with an English Dictionary.

I take it very personal along with all of the other liberty's I keep loosing at a very alarming rate.

The phrase "along with all of the other liberty's", by definition, implies that this is also one of those liberties. English can be difficult to master though.

If only our "Declaration of Independence" included something about life, liberty, and the PURSUIT of happiness

I'll just leave this here

If you take that in context with the rest of the post you extracted from the next sentience Im comparing some of your arguments to the same reasoning as FDA and ANTZ so yes when a regulatory board imposes rules that are backed up with fines and or imprisonment that is buy any definition a law and has everything to do with rights and liberty

I will now bow out of this conversation as you making veld insults about a grammar mistake to make your self look superior dose not interest me as intelligent debate.

well I thought about it and decide to drop them an email... I'm one who does believe our rights matter... and I believe allowing this type of thinking is like dropping a ball down a steep hill....

anyway here's what I wrote to them...

I understand your company has taken a no-vaping (e-cig) anywhere on their property position, including outside. E-cigs are not harmful and have simply saved lives, I know because they have saved mine. I smoked one and a half packs a day for 37 years. I stopped and now use only an e-cig... I can breath again! I understand you have a right to decide what happens on your property but I felt you should know vapers ( like myself ) could simply avoid companies who refuse to support safer alternatives to cigarettes. Inside is one thing, most of us are fine with not vaping inside, but when it comes to outside, we don't feel treated fairly by people telling us we can't use an item that isn't illegal or harmful to others. Do you tell people they can't use their cell phone or other personal device outside? I am one person who will no longer deal with your company, I hope the rest on my vaping community follows my stand..... :)

have a good day......
