I am still waiting for my 2nd Odin that was "delivered" on 9/4. USPS says it was stolen which is crap, I live in an apt complex and flat rate boxes fit in my tiny mailbox alongside 50 others and the office didnt have it and craig told me to file a claim with usps, then after a bit he offered to send me a replacement if I sent him $6 for shipping so I did and haven't heard anything in a week.![]()
That's lame. You shouldn't have to pay anything. He should send you a new one. That's what the insurance is for. It's on Craig to make it right, you shouldn't have to do anything but send one email to Craig. That's just terrible customer service
