For over the past 1-1/2 years, Craig has been nothing but courteous and helpful in my dealings with him.

He and his buddies are vaping hobbyist, whom attempt to share their passion and ideas with the vaping community. Loki Lab is not their bread and butter, so to speak. Loki Lab is not a ProVape or other large high volume vendor.

When I sell something in the classifieds, if it does not make it, I would refund the money. that's why if it's over $50 I insure and require signature. Once you become high volume the savings in not paying for those more than covers for the ones that don't make it.

Best approach is to clearly state.
not responsible if lost when sent via USPS shipping.
Insurance suggested and cost is.
Signature required suggested and cost is
Or
Just raise the price and eat the few that get lost

Why do you think Reos ship signature required? Robs already run into all these issues and had to eat the cost.
Lost in shipping is a cost of goods sold and covering it needs to be built into your business plan and pricing.
Yes it's painful for a small business but those are the facts.

I expect a lot of myself and of others. That's one of the reasons I'm so successful in life. But like you said i do get disappointed by others.

Btw, my Odin still hasn't gone anywhere. Just a printed label. Amazing. This is the 5th day of it just having a label created. 2 Day priority, huh? Lmao.
