Hi subver, I have never actually measured the exact amount, but in mid mode it holds aprx 4ml, so I would assume in long mode, at least 6? You should ask Stanley Q, he is the extension / "Lego" man

Hi, should the v1 rebuildable part fit in a v2 base? I have tried mine but the pin does not reach the end of the 510 connector. I bought the base from e-smokeguru a few months ago.
Yes and no. There have been some runs of V2 bases (at least 1 anyways) where the base was slightly longer and some have had this problem. The newest batch corrected this.
Seems the oddy is not as popular with all the new stuff on the market. But I still love is and it's my adv. it's really hard to beat its durability and consistency. It's nearly indestructible. I've been running a vertical coil for the last 6 months and it works really good. Much better than a horizontal build. Have any of you hard core oddy fans tried this?

It's vertical with external wick, your drawing through the center of the coil. It works exceptionally well with more flavor. I'm using hemp fiber now, but have used cotton in the past.
Here's an example of the coil configuration. The bottom rests on the ceramic. The top leg is even with the top of the ceramic. I'm also using 26 or 24 g no res.

No the wicking is external. This is basically set up like Carto. I was chasing the more true flavor of a cartomizer and this has delivered. Grey flavor vapor and th compared to standard horizontal coil.

Ody will never stop being popular Jeremy. Ody is the father of most atomizers out there. Even China with kangertank followed its example with a cone above the resistance that sits on a 510 base. And you are right, Ody is a very strong construction.

Hey Jeremy I use your twists for thick wires all the time now. I even sold my wire welder . I tried vcore on Ithaka it was a success. I have to try it on Ody as well.

Glad to see posts like this. I might try this, but Im not a big fan of cotton, but Im the minority , I know that. I love mine, even though when I tell people what I use I get that Im " out of it " boring , outdated...... I dont care. It just works , without much , fuss or fiddle. I dont have to impress anyone but myself.

ana, people that say that Ody is outdated are silly. The simple reason is this: Is there an atomizer out there that copied so much or has more features than it? His liquid control that was made 2 years ago still doesnt exist on any atomizer except from those that are copies of it.
Ody outdated? That's just crazy talk. I can make it compete with any atomizer on the market. Even Ithaka

I totally agree imeo it is the standard for sure. The father of everything good. I just meant in the forum it's hard to find discussion about it. There is nothing that can compare to the oddesyus. For many they are just jumping to find the perfect vape.. Never perfecting their builds. I guess that's what brings me here. Just dont change it, build it again, and keep it true Odysseus......... If you do change it the ONLY thing that would be a good change would be to make the tank parts slightly thinner to maximize liquid capacity, BUT please make the parts compatable with V2 Ody so we who have it can keep getting our beloved parts......
Oh and one more thing, some small understated wings, NO serial numbers or big "GG" initials, just the elegant small wings.
