unless i'm misunderstanding, it seems strange to me that for folks that are just planning on buying a GGTS and the new Odysseus, that they would either have to remove the controller to adjust the draw in order to make it work, already have a UFS in order to swap pieces or buy an additional connector base?

unless of course the Odysseus has it's own controller to adjust the draw?

You can remove the steel atomizer connector base from the UFS or purchase a separate replacement, and thread it into the GGTS collector tank after removing the original GGTS atomizer connector base, Its a perfect fit.
Unscrew the 510 cap, remove the atomizer compression ring (from the bottom inside), put the 510 cap back on over the UFS atomizer connector, and its spot-on for the iatty or the Odysseus.

The swap is just another option for the Ody or the iatty. If you plan to use it with the UFS, that's a perfect fit to.
The Stealth is another.
This is a way to use the original GGTS cap without adapters, only SS GG parts. It works really well, if you have the items and parts try it.

Fright, It works perfectly using the UFS connector base in the original GGTS collector tank.
Use the air control ring from the UFS ( its taller) with this setup and it is perfect for Imeo's atomizers.

ZuT had you tried swapping it into the GGTS tank and cap? I know you had used the UFS on the iAtty, but the first one was plated, the new steel connector is is perfect.
I have first edition UFS which is plated. I take only ufs connector and put it in ggts control tank, on top goes 510 lid without atty compresion ring as you nicely said :) I did try with ufs control tank but than top lid won't screw in couse it's designed for ufs tank :)

All UFS editions were steel buddy. But the first edition had nickel plated connector but maybe you mean exactly that:)

Ok, you win Imeo ... take my money, take all of it!!!! *throws cash at screen*

Honestly, I still think that the iatty I bought is the best thing ever, and after watching the videos of the Odysseus, I just can't wait to get one of these bad boys in my hands.

I'm also really happy you chose to make the connection a native 510. I wish I would have known about GG's back in March when I decided to buy my first ecig(provari). Im am defenitly looking forward to using the rebuildable short and long versions when they are available.

You're a genious Imeo, and can't wait to see what crazy inventions you will come up with in the future. Also looking forward to buying the new GG with VV and use it as my main device, while keeping the provari as a reliable back-up.

A quick question for my new found god of vaping : Will these be available for pre-order off of the Australian website? (Im in Canada so it's the only place where I can buy GG stuff from). Also will the wick, NR and resistance wire we already have for the Iatty1 work in this ?

Oh wow didn't even know that gredie, thanks! Although GG Australia does sell to Canada, cause that's where I got my Iatty. But looking forward to saving on shipping costs and time with the Odysseus ty! :)

Great, I hoped they will still work, since I bought 100 yards of each.. lol

Oh btw I didnt get an answer on this in another thread. I still have the 100 yards of the old wickstore fiberglass wick, which is supposedly bad for us.. :S

Which wick should I buy for my iatty1 to replace this? and from where?

At this moment I am still vaping on that old wick cause it is all I've got, and it can't be worse than smoking analogs..
