Just wanted to pop back in to publicly say thanks to the staff at Canvape. They replied quickly to my email about sending a full size nova tank instead of the mini-nova I ordered. They admitted that my order was correct and that they sent the wrong one. They said to keep the one I got and they will add a mini-nova to my next order no charge. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back to Canvape! (Not that the great prices have anything to do with it. ) You guys rock!

Get your orders in for that weekend before 8:00am Friday and there's no problem.

Only if I have to Smok will ship garbage and a total PIA most of the time to deal with. Why don't you try one of their Vivi Tank rebuildables

I just discovered canvape. How I have missed you guys I have NO idea. My bank account is screaming at me to STOP putting stuff in my basket though LOL Question I have though. Are any of your DIY flavors super concentrated? Also, who is DSV? I have used TFA, capella and flavor west flavors so I am getting some of those. It is the others that I have no idea what they are and wanted to check before I bought any. thanks so much!!

Gotta ask - if you don't ship to USA, then why in heaven do you display a US Flag icon on your sidebar along with the flags of 5 other nations? It's a link that goes to Skrill, as if payment could be done that way.

I'd suggest removing the flag icon/link, and also making a specific mention of "no orders shipped to the U.S." on your shipping page to be clear.

I hunted down your forum to find out if your prices were $CAN or converted to $US via browser detection, or what. Because you actually have in stock all the items I want to try next, when so many US vendors seem to be waiting for inventory right now.

So I'm disappointed personally, but I must say, it sure is nice to see a Canadian supplier doing so well!

We love the US our quasi CC processor is the one that has me nailed to a wall regarding the USA shipping they will dump us if we have US in our shipping options. Plus the destruction/desecration of a US flag is illegal I wasn't sure if it applied to digital ones also? Solidarity!
