I've been having bad luck lately with the quality of the dct cartos i've bought so I've been using SD out of convenience. I can go through a SD pretty quickly so if they come out with one that holds more juice and I don't have to constantly tip.......I'd order some to try it out.

Ideally i'd prefer if smoktech works out their QC issues tho

Yup, I have just switched to boge XXL cartos. Not dual coil but a nice vape and no juice shooting into my mouth like a volcano

Have you tried a boge xxl (in a tank) on your evo? That's the only VV PV I own and I worry the tank would slide down the connector since it doesn't have the flange.

I think I'm just trying to justify a vmax

HA! I never thought of that, well my Phiniac tank doesn't slip but the orings are really tight, but yes the DCT will slip right onto the fitting...I just tried it, good thing i didn't carry that around all day lol

CANVAPE!!! Need I say more? :) new customer but will be one for a loooong time!

So today is 1 week vaping for me. Not even a week and already had ordered new toys! :)

Current setup is a stock ego-c, with stardusts on the way! I like it so far, and prob will stay with it while I'm not home. I am already wanting to go vv - thinking lt or vmax. Vmax is a little pricey for me right now, but want to do it right! Will prob pick up a vv ego batt too, coz I know I will be spoiled! Hummm my insurance will pay $500 per lifetime for smoking cessation, wonder if that would cover a pv? Anybody try that?

Welcome dhdonline1 :) The Vmax is a beast of a VV for sure, good bang for your buck, be sure to observe battery safety!. That would be cool if you could get your insurance to pay for it!

I am going to look into the insurance today. Either way, I have a stockpile of receipts from the gum that didn't work! I may just go that way, and use the $ to grab a vmax or LT. To be honest the vmax seems a little intimidating....

lol, well it is a little more advanced than the Lt.....I think the LT is a great starter VV, but if I had the choice between the two I would pick the Vmax just for the extra options like checking resistance of the carto you are using and the cool LED read out. If you are going to be using Dual Coil Cartos in a tank, the big amp limit of the VMax would be a must IMO. If you are just using normal cartomizers and such then you could save a few bucks and grab the LT, although you will probably kick yourself later when you want some more POWAAAAHHHHHHH!

Poooooooowwwwwwwaaaaahhhh!!! I want!! :D actually one of the things that is pushing me towards the vmas is the resistance reading. I've never done vv but from what I've read its partly to sweet spot the atty. Even if the atty SAYS its 2.5 ohm chances are its not. I know there is more to vv than tho tho! One of my worries is popping attys left and right coz I get a little power crazy! :)

It is good to see the resistance but fwiw I find using a 2ohm bridgeless atty for example gives a different outcome given the juice I'm using. So that means if I'm vaping a tobacco I like to sit around 4.2-4.5v and dessert or mint flavours I vape from 3.6-3.8v so it really is more of a feel and taste thing than trying to narrow down what voltage and ohms your running. With that said just save up for a little longer and buy the vmax......you know you want it!!!!:D
