Are you worried because of the glass?
DIY base can be stored in the freezer in glass bottles.

Happy Thanksgiving!

No. It's more of the way I have to seal it. Since it comes with that oil dropper top I've been corking it to store it.

Plus with plastic bottles its just easier as sometimes I have butterfingers :D

There is definitely an added danger when handling a glass bottle that has frost forming on it when working over my ceramic tile kitchen floor!

There is a market for different sized glass and plastic bottles. They seem to be hard to find, especially when I would think they would be common.

Mopar always sees us through, Thankfully.

Today, on this Thanksgiving weekend, would be the perfect time to express my thanks for the service Canvape has provided to Vaping and Vapers. Thanks people.

DuD is working for me fairly well now. I was having wicking issues last night after rebuilding one a few times and left it on my desk. This morning it is wicking much better. I will try and build the second one tonight and see if I can get better at this.

Bit of a learning curve on these DID clones for sure. After breaking the original coil trying to take the unit completely apart before even vaping it for the first time. I wrapped a 3mm coil on an electronic screwdriver 6 wraps with 32 kanthal and decided to stuff some 3mm cotton wick through the coil down through the 2.8mm(approx.) hole into the tank.

Works fine but at 5 ohms and 5.5 to 6 volts to get a decent vape, my battery charger is always charging a battery.

Me thinks a change to some 28 gauge kanthal is in order.

Thanks Mopar, for deciding to get some rebuildables for us fiddlers.

Happy Thanksgiving fellow vapers:vapor::vapor:

Is there anyway you guys will be bringing in the Z atty Pro?? I would like to try one out and do not want to pay the $230.00 that it is being sold for by another vendor.

No we don't have any affiliation with the manufacture but as soon as a clone comes out we will have it for $3.50 :)

120ml. It makes it a bit easier to cut down my DIY base. Right now I've been using a glass oil dropper from the dollar store and don't exactly want to store that in the freezer.

I'd have to redo the shipping matrix (again) for all of canada because if someone picks up 5 of the things it bumps to the next size mailer and then it costs more to ship then collected for the bottles. That's how come peeps can only pick up 10 or so 30ml bottles. You can get them at any of the markets if you want just let us know which one and how many so they will be waiting for you. Not a stocked item on the field.

Question about the Canvape coupon code is it only valid for the first order or only once in a lifetime. I was thinking of using it when the Zmax comes in ;)))

You won't need the 5% bought too many as usual and gonna dump some off at the start for a real deal. They will be in the today's deal section when the come till a select number are sold. Then up to a normalish price.

As long as we're on the topic of shipping matrices :matrix:, do you foresee offering a Canada Post Lettermail option in the future?

I'm just mentioning it because I would love to pick up a couple Joye atomizers, but I can't pull the trigger knowing that I'm paying more in shipping than for the actual product itself especially when it's something that can easily be mailed in an envelope with a stamp.

Just a thought :)

Sorry to quote myself but my question got buried under 4 pages rather quickly maybe mopar or others can answer

Thanks

Are the stand alone DiD clones different than the DiD kits. I know the kit has the wire and wick thrown in just wondering if there is a difference in the units themselves. Thanks all

The kit that comes in a tin has the necessary stuff to build it and the other (less expensive) comes already setup;in both iterations, you must get xtra screen and wire. (and they are the minis,2ml capacity)

Today is not a happy vape day!! Haha

Finally decided to trim all the long wicks. Just can't get them to work for me. Not sure why, but oh well!!

Brand new SD loaded up... Leak from the base. You know where the plastic + metal meet? Right there. Tossed the tube out, will grab new one on next order.

Can't get metal vivi nova tank to stop leaking from the bottom. Gonna switch back to the plastic once this one is vaped or leaked empty.

Not a happy vape day, but since I have backups for the backups I'm good to go!! Just one of those frustrating days haha. I've had pretty good luck up till now so may as well get all of the bad stuff outta the way all at once! Haha

Thanks Martin I was wondering more specifically if one was stainless and the other was brass but if the units themselves are the same my order is going in today.

The 2 metal tanks I got leak with the old super secret versions of the Vivi. I got a brand new vivi with my last order for a friend and the metal tanks do not leak on it so far. I guess I will keep it now.

Strange. The one I put the metal tank on is the newest version vivi. Not a huge leak, but its still there. :(

Bwaha gonna see if I can grab some new seals for the vivi's cause I think the factory pretty much crushes the crap out of them so they don't leak until you take them apart or try something else. I'm too scared too take the bastads apart, just change the heads with a pair of pliers :)

Haha no duct tape!!

I would try new o-rings tho. I might be able to find some! Its a very slow leak so I think you've got it with crushed seals. I know I was careful with the metal at first.... To make sure I didn't wreck those seals...
