The difference here is I'm not one of your female friends & didn't ask you what you thought of my nails.

Apparently you aren't even up to date of why that pic was posted to begin with.

And furthermore I don't know or care who spit in your cereal but if your unwarranted comment about my nails is supposed to somehow define me as a person or my character then I feel sorry for you because I'm more than my nails!

......... I'm talking about the style in general and you are getting personally offended. It's obvious you are self conscious about this topic so I will leave it alone now. My apologies.

How did this turn into a fingernail thread?

Everyone's Radius is working, so random subjects come up. It's not the most unusual subject to come up in a vendor thread. :p Besides, it keeps us all here for when people do come around with questions.

Here's a link to another thread with a couple posts about ProVape/ProVari/Radius. The second link pretty much sums up everyone's experience with ProVape products. Hope cross-linking is OK..

PS - I haven't been keeping up too much with DNA200 discussions, but I've seen more than a few people having problems. Not waking up from sleep after an hour unless plugged into USB power (due to a blown fuse issue), and temperature control mode not activating, causing atty's to burst into flames. Hope they can fix some of that with firmware updates - Evolv have had their share of issues after the DNA30.

I still think a DNA200 mod is a nice choice for tootle-elitist-puffing.

You know, if they could release a product that didn't have any issues like the DNA30 and prior, it really would be a good choice for anyone. Just because it goes up to 200W doesn't mean you have to use more than 8W. I look at the DNA200 like MacOSX - you can stick with the simple GUI and get everything done you need to get done, or you can launch a command window and script in BASH or even CSH. Even though OSX has that power, I'd venture to guess 98% of its' users don't use that power. The real issue with the DNA boards is the quality of the mods they're building to put that chipset into. Just like the second link in my post above, it's all about the quality of the mod, and QC - something ProVape sets the bar very high with, and nobody else can compare.

Chill, John, I was being latvian-sarcastic. All is good. Agree with the Mac reference. Cheers, man.

Don't worry, I'm chill... Might not have picked up on the full extend of the sarcasm though :p I just had flashbacks of the P3 thread when people (myself included) wanted more than 20W, and inevitably someone would respond with "I don't have a need for more than 20W". Well, then don't use it! :)

I've tried vaping at 150W on a friend's mod, and it's a really different experience. Can't say I'd ever want to try more than that. I wonder what the future of a company like Evolv will be now that they've reached a point where more than 200W is not only unnecessary, but probably wouldn't be a selling point, and their software lets you set just about everything so there are seemingly no features left to invent. I guess they'll rely on companies coming up with new mods and continue using their chipsets.

IMHO, the next big breakthrough will be an atty that doesn't require heating a coil wrapped around a wick to produce vapor. Ever see those water fountains that are filled with fog? They use ultrasonic discs to produce the vapor. Then there's lasers!! Both technologies would take far less power than heating a coil, and would require new chipsets to be produced. Imagine the battery life? The future will potentially be very interesting, providing governments don't kill it off.
