It's designed for internal charging and he should review it as such. If he personally doesn't like internal charging then fine. It's not a PV for him. That doesn't make it a stupid battery cover because it wasn't designed for his preference. True enough. But he also went on about the battery cover and (unless he said it after I turned it off) never mentioned there should be little reason to have to take off the battery cover but once a year. It might be a chemistry thing. I admit he sorta bugged me from the get go. Came across as whiny to me. Maybe I'm the one with the problem.

You could always get a white battery wrap and rewrap the green or another battery. Problem solved I don't even notice it.If you look closely the pictures on the website show the green battery is visible. That was a deal breaker for me.
