I had to stop watching it when he had a meltdown about the battery cover. Good God, you change the battery once a year and complain that it's too hard? Whatever.

From what he said, he charges his batteries externally. And there could be a problem for people with arthritis. Provape purposely made the cover like this so on-board charging could be used. What cracked me up is how he pointed out the battery showing through the translucent white. I always thought ghosts were fairly translucent. ;)

If you look closely the pictures on the website show the green battery is visible. That was a deal breaker for me.

It's designed for internal charging and he should review it as such. If he personally doesn't like internal charging then fine. It's not a PV for him. That doesn't make it a stupid battery cover because it wasn't designed for his preference. I'm glad you made it through the whole thing because he was grating on me.

To be fair, he did say the things he didn't like were personal preference and more than once said he would buy it again.

True enough. But he also went on about the battery cover and (unless he said it after I turned it off) never mentioned there should be little reason to have to take off the battery cover but once a year. It might be a chemistry thing. I admit he sorta bugged me from the get go. Came across as whiny to me. Maybe I'm the one with the problem. :)

Yeah, I know. That's why I'm surprised that others are surprised to find it's translucent.

I guess he stated his personal preference - as most of these reviews so far have been. He did like the puff counter and money saved features, something I could care less about.

You could always get a white battery wrap and rewrap the green or another battery. Problem solved I don't even notice it.

Anyone else want to add their name?

My wife would love a purple one to go along w/ her Cabernet. It would solve the problem of getting 2 Midnight blues as our 2nd Radius each. She's not keen on the Ghost what w/ the Led shining through it.

No matter if solid or translucent, white isn't my thing. I'm happy with Midnight Blue.
