Even then, when the order for my Radius was placed it said 2-3 weeks and I received it a week after the order was placed.
I can top that. I ordered my Tinanium P3 last Wednesday and got the shipping notice on Thursday. I've got your 4-6 weeks right here

Devil's Advocate says it's not good to sink to a lower level, by sitting around talking smack...the whole lot of ya!!!
I mean, Lemwise...yes you were pretty stinkin' abrasive earlier. And this group here can get riled up easily...

But (to the rest you) that's no reason for there to be such blowback.

May I remind everyone what happened to the last person who bawked so hard at the Radius?
Zen~ lit the fuse on an impromptu fundraiser, to stifle the snarls of a potential hater/non-believer.

Maybe we should react similarly to this situation (perhaps minus the fundraiser, given the circumstances are a bit different)...

Well--total frustration again today trying to update the Radius. I am not too bad with computers so this has me totally stumped.

Yesterday I installed everything on my desktop PC. It all seemed installed correctly but it will not recognize the radius. I did try running it as 'administrator' and I did try to 'wake up' the Radius to get it to connect.

Today I started over and installed everything on my PC laptop--same problem.

I did make sure Windows was totally up to date on both computers.

On the laptop today when I plugged in the Radius--down at the bottom it said installing one the drivers failed. However when installing the program--the drivers installed. When I plugged in the other two Radius--it did not give me the 'driver' message at all.

I have tried all three Radius and not a single one is recognized--I just get a message to 'wait while device Data is Received' -- left one plugged in for an hour and nothing.

Any thoughts anyone??

I think you said you were using Windows 7 is that correct? I'm thinking after all this time, there's just something up with your Windows software. I wish I could help, but I don't know what to suggest.

I really like his markings too. Those markings are what led to his name and a bit more trivia for you...

When he first came home with me, I was googling around trying to come up with a name for him. When I googled white cat with dark tail, I found out that Bicolored cats (that is cats with white fur combined with fur of some other color) are graded from 1 to 10 for the degree of white to color, with 1 being all black and 10 being all white. Some of the bicolor patterns have their own names. Color on the crown of the head and tail only is called a Van Pattern or classic Van Pattern. A cat that is white with colored tail and head splashes plus additional splashes of color on the legs (such as my little guy) is called "Seychellois Huitieme" or in his case, "Vanish". :D

I was unaware of "Seychellois Huitieme," (Cool! More trivia to Goggle!) but I do know about a breed called Turkish Van.

Thanks RB--yes both of my PC's are Windows 7. I use Mac most of the time so I haven't upgraded the PC's. Everything is up to date with the updates on them though. I am out of ideas too.

Run Windows Updates and check for driver updates.

No idea. It did take about 5 minutes before it finished. I'd say an hour is way too long.
Did you read the .pdf that came with the software? That's all I got. :(
