They just sent me an RMA with prepaid US shipping. Should I remove the battery before sending it back? Just wondering about safety issues with batteries on international flights.

PG based nicotine only for me. I mix to a 50/50 ratio for best flavor, not much on the clouds though.

I buy from Nude Nicotine. NN has both PG and VG based solution. One nice thing about NN is that they offer a 15 ml sample in different strengths. The cost is $2 for shipping, no cost for the sample.

I've tried them as well, clean flavor but mine oxidized very quickly. Expect a two week delivery time though.

Well it's a sad day for me Mine has flaked out on me. I took it off charge and it wouldn't fire. Left it for a bit and it fired except the screen was blank, left it some more and the screen came back on again, but now the + and - light up every time I press the fire button. Looks like a trip to the mothership is in order.
It's going to end up being an expensive purchase, I've already been hit by customs and now I've got to pay return shipping. The worst of it is I'm going to miss the Radius while it's away, I've enjoyed using it since I've had it.

Open a ticket, they will email you a prepaid label and get you out a new one lickety split. They took good care of me and my broken Radius.

That's a good option. But the best thing you can buy after that is a AWS scale from Amazon, make sure it's good to .01 weight.

Yes, this is normal. The led is positioned where it will shine through all three buttons
