Thanks for the alerts info. You don't have to like it, it obviously doesn't fit your preferred vaping style, but calling people who do like it as being "drunk on the provanati kool-aid" makes me sad. :(

Sorry bud. Just reacting negatively to a few comments here. Lol I'm fine though.

question for you 420 ... you were blowing some pretty nice clouds with the Radius in your vid ... is it mainly just the price that gets you?

It vapes great! But those features for that price didn't sit well with me. Lol I'm a full blown advocate of temp control. If it was there maybe I wouldn't feel the same.

thats cool ... myself, I'm not sold on temp control yet.

and the price, I get that too ... however, I see a lot of you get what you pay for in the vaping game.

with ProVape, there's value in ... buy it once, keep it forever

but I also get ... not everyone buys things that way

I completely understand. I use that same approach with cars and car parts. Lol But I wouldn't buy a Corolla if it didn't fit my driving style. The Radius just simply doesn't fit my vaping style in this day and age.

I'm sure it fits about the other 90% pretty well, however.

One of Provape's executives was on an internet vaping show/podcast and he mentioned that in Provape's opinion temperature control had not been reliably manufactured in any mod yet. He mentioned that what they tested was inaccurate at best and they didn't feel it was up to Provape standards of accuracy so it wasn't included in the Radius.

And how does Provape expect to perfect TC without real world usage, feedback and bug discovery? The way Provape wants to do it, it will be another 5 years before they introduce their first TC mod.

And to get back on the Radius.........

The software update software download simply couldn't be easier! Thank you Provape. As others commented, it takes longer to download the software update driver. The update itself takes about a whopping 20 seconds.

AND..........what's better than a Radius with a Kabuki?

HuH?????

What??????

A Radius with TWO Kabuki, that's what! My local vape shop now carries the Kabuki (P3 only - Thank you very much). And when I stopped by to pick up some juice, since I turned them on to them, they offered a price too good to pass up as a thank you! I'm now happily vaping my most favorite blend in my second Kabuki and loving it. Yes I am!

I'll tell you how. By NOT using me or any Provape customer as a guinea pig, that's how. I'm fine if it takes them a long time to come out with TC. Because I'm 1,000% convinced that if or when they do, it will be the safest, most reliable TC system out there. Until then, they've said it's not perfected to their high standards.

Look Lem, I'm not really a confrontational person, but it's been clear for a long time you're really here to try to point out the deficiencies of Provari. It's not for you. That's fine. But since it's not and this is actually Provapes hosted forum, one they pay for, btw., why don't you move along to a forum or thread about something you do like.

You'd be doing yourself and the rest of us a huge favor.

As I've said before ... 420 couldn't even give a proper review on the durability of a wet paper bag.

I know they have their fans (very vocal ones, at that), but IMO guys like Twisted and Rip are a BIG part of the problem the vaping community faces with the public at large. Those two are at the forefront of the "CLOUDS BRAH" movement. They're constantly pushing people to build lower and lower, and run hotter and hotter, with absolutely zero mention of safety or basic principles of electronics. And then they all sit scratching their heads when yet another chaser's mod goes Chernobyl and gets tons of bad publicity.

If you wanna blow clouds, that's fine. Blow clouds. Generate your own private weather systems. Confuse the hell out of NOAA and the NWS. Set off your neighbors' smoke alarms. But for the love of little green apples, know what you're doing and do it safely...and accept that cosplaying as Vesuvius is not the "only" way to vape.

Your post is riddled with lies. I'm not out to be the biggest coolest cloud blower. I simply vape. And when it comes to safety I speak on it plenty! Not my fault that you didn't know that. And hell in this day and age i mainly just use sub ohm tanks and regulated devices. My cloud is as big as the tank will put out and my safety is in the hands of the board. But noooooo i'm a big cloud chasing reckless vape dude. You win bud. I wasted all that energy on you :(

And Phil then feigns enough technical knowledge to convince people he has a clue of how DC circuits actually work.

Bbbbut... he has an o-scope, so he MUST know what he's doing! Actually, he has a stall scope, and I'm jealous. I've managed to get by with all my repairs/mods/simple designs with a 100MHz analog scope. If I need anything better, we have the expensive stuff at the studio.

I know you're all enablers... but... I need to be talked out of buying a Black Radius... Or at least talked into waiting!

The thought of having both a black and blue Radius has been coursing through my brain... I definitely do not not not need both, but man, there's something about the black and silver than just looks so dang classy!

@Vape360 - The Radius zip download was very non-intuitive using Chrome. Perhaps a better download link, if you're going to use Google Drive instead of hosting it yourself? If you'd like more detailed information, PM me - I won't bore everyone with a step-by-step.

Temp control {IMO} is overrated- especially when your device becomes a paperweight & the only way the company of said Shark will fix it is if you pay for the repair......don't get me started on them being well aware of this issue.
I will always spend my money whether it be $2 or $200 on a company that stands behind their product.
If that's drinking the Kool-Aid then it's delicious!!!

BTW~ Here's my TC junk....cause we all know pics or it didn't happen!

And it cannot be adjusted......removing the battery means nothing
