I am incredibly sorry to hear that your new Radius is having a problem with its display, Donny!
We do try to have a perfect product, but sometimes a component will fail after it ships out. I am going to send you a new Radius right away so you will have a brand new working Radius very soon. I'll also include a prepaid shipping label attached in this email for you to return the faulty one as well as an RMA form. If you don't mind filling out the RMA form, print it and include it with the return I would greatly appreciate it. The RMA number to use on that is XXXXX.
