Yeah, nice idea with the KS clone, but that gap underneath just don't work. But, if somebody would make one with a P3 connector... that would be stunning.

Personally, I think that the Gem might be the best looking setup of all, sorry Kabuki kids. Mine should be here today, and I hope it vapes as good as it looks.

Just got my Radius. Nice & it's great on a dual coil dripper.
I don't like the Check All/Status screen, I prefer the P3 screen.
There is no more voltage. I would prefer at least voltage status.
The Radius Protective Silicon Sleeve a bit loose. It's not perfect fit. It's slightly taller.

No - all seems fine. I pulled out the battery clear thingy, I got the rainbow lights, set the watts and had a vape - just charging it now and will have a play with menu later.
(sure your new one will be perfect )

Carbernet and midnight O-rings are being custom made, as I type this. I'm expecting them in the next two weeks.

Thanks Zen. Just let us know when you've got them. I'm always on here.......Who needs another life when you've got so many friends on ECF! Huh? Who??

ProVape went Voltage absent on the Radius. No Variable Voltage adjustment, no voltage applied to the atty and no remaining battery voltage. It is what keeps me from adding it to the cart. Luckily it could be changed with a future software update. Now if they would only do it. I really want one but not without variable voltage, etc. Meanwhile the Provi "tubes" are doing just fine. But I really want a Radius.

Has anyone had or have a flooding issue after filling the kabuki?

Only once Ping. I overfilled the Kabuki and I then let it sit overnight before vaping and it was gurgly in the morning, just until I vaped it long enough to create the vacuum it needs.

My pea-sized brain just doesn't get what difference a variable voltage device makes over a variable wattage device. Wouldn't it be true (I'm sure JohnDo will pipe in an correct me if I'm wrong) but if you adjust the volts, the wattage changes and conversely, if you adjust the watts, the volts change. Aren't they corresponding in all situations? What I do know is even on my P3, I moved from adjusting volts to adjusting watts, so transitioning to the Radius with watts only wasn't an issue for me.

It's probably a display preference more than anything. I once owned a Mercedes that was never intended for the US market and the speedometer had KM/H and no MPH and it was a really hard transition for me to wrap my head around. For quite a while I drove around well below the speed limit as I guessed how many MPH I was actually going. I eventually worked my way through all the conversions.

I don't have the same issues with the radius, because I have always vaped to the experience, and not crippled by having to know the numbers, and I also feel everybody else should as well. Nobody is going to hand out citations for vaping above or below a limit.

I could turn the whole display off and never turn it back on, and still have a great vape, so watts, volts, whatever. I wish they would do away with both and have it go from 1-10 with 10 being all the way up, and 1 being all the way down. I'd probably be vaping at "3". But to me, it sure doesn't matter.

For my use... I would never let the display metrics get in the way of owning such a wonderful device.

Yeah The cash I had saved for it, ended up going to some REO woodvil's, and this year has been just getting more REO's. I had never had a REO till the woodvil's and they are awesome also. I have 2 of the BB's and love them, but the 2 I have have hit the concrete a few times and are a bit scratched up now, the pic I posted was from when I bought it. I plan on getting a few more soon, that I can keep pristine. I ended up getting a REO 14500 Polished brass mini so I now have a polished brass mod now, and it was a lot less than $750.00. :)

I'm yet to try a Reo, keep hearing a lot of praise for them!

I have been tempted by the Ratbald, it looks awesome, I haven't had one of the new coloured BB's, still rocking my og Piebald

Epic, what a beauty!!!

you beat me :thumb: hoping mine is not too far off now!
