I own 2 p3 's and 3 2.5's. I live right across the border from Mt Baker. I can't wrap my head around paying almost $40 Canadian in shipping charges that Provape wants for a P3 kabuki, as much as I love them [emoji5]

JWrap woodgrain (textured) over my black Radius. The other one in the pic is the Midnight Blue.

I'm very impressed. I just put it on and threw the Kabuki on for pics. Gonna let it sit overnight at least before using.

okay long time lurker to this thread - I don't post much so forgive me.

I don't consider myself a long time vaper nor a vaping expert - but I do have a tendency to gravitate toward nicer gear.

With that being said - I have many 'mod's' if you will - box, stick, mech, all - insert name here I probably have it

I am easily please with a mod if it does what it advertises - in short 'fires' a 'topper' to use Zen's term.

What I didn't expect was the 'I don't know what' when I picked up my first ProVape product..... There is a indescribable attachment that we get to these devices. I have that with other devices too - My TaiFun and my Kayfun are close but there is something 'warmer' about a ProVape Stick mod.

I have the Radius - (cab red) and a silicone sleeve (clear) and I really want to love it, I do. But when I hold it I can't stop but to compare it to the other 200$ box mods I have. Is it fair? No! Is it human? Yes.

I did the same thing with my very first P3 - compared it to EVERYTHING, box mods stick mods, mech mods I MEAN EVERYTHING. and nothing felt like a P3 in your hand, other P-Series units give me the same warmth or inner peace if you will - I know that there is someone in Washington state VERY pleased at the end of their day putting these together. Although, with the Radius I don't get that, I know what it is too - that PC case - I can put it right on that hands down. It doesn't feel like a ProVari, somehow it feels less 'crafted' and more produced. There are other things too - but I think I will come around to loving them eventually. kinda like an album from your favorite artist you have to listen to it - use it (if you will) to capture the designed intention or whatever it is meant for.

So on my desk right now - is four non stick variable mods - these are just the ones that are here - they are all metal except for the radius. Three are 'authentic' although eastern / foreign.

with that being said (and I am trying to be as objective as possible) would I recommend a Radius over a P2 / P3 probably not - Would I recommend it over a cheap knock off, Probably yes. But in the end, if you are looking to quit or just enjoy a 'vape' like a fine cigar. I'd suggest a P2.5 or a P3. They fit in your pocket - the battery life is the same (18650's) and it is more power than you can need for non 'sport' vaping as pointed out earlier. Indeed I have 150, 160, 200 watt boxes - I have unregulated - mech boxes and Temp limiting boxes too.... they are nice but like a certain '134' mod we all know about - they are wonderful _AT__HOME_ these things aren't pocket / walking around Manhattan friendly. Hell I pulled out one box mod and someone asked me if I could make a call on it - and pointed out the screen was bigger on my box mod then their phone.

would I give up my Radii? No, not even close still top 15 mods I own - but not my favorite box mod..... is this a review (no, not fair to ProVape)

With all that being said - there has been a running theme on pairing a certain 'topper' with Provi's - don't need to name names it is blatant if you have been reading this thread. To those that own or those that are interested there is a company that makes some pretty nice replacement heads for all the tootle puffer devices.

if you type 'vapers everywhere are switching to our coils' in your search engine of choice it will get you there. (I am not a representative or anything so I don't want to advertise for them) The reason I bring them up is - they make 2.2 Ohm coils -- anyone that has ever tied a perfect coil on a P2.5 knows what this means - full volts - full watts, full amps. they make them for a bunch of toppers too so you aren't limited to just one.

Kentisevil......

Tried them. Junk. Sorry.

Didn't Mt Baker move to Arizona because of the new tax laws on e cigs in Washington? Or is that still in the works?
That's an excellent question as I heard they were moving to Arizona too, but don't know if they did yet.

Nope, none at all. The comment was to the love of green. And while I did admire your lovely nails in green, I could only wonder how much cooler they would have looked in purple! ;)

The 510 makes complete sense for a cigalike. It was the best of the bunch... but... We have devices in the 22mm range now... and when it comes to thread engagement for conductivity, bigger IS better.

I die a little every time somebody prefers 510 over Z2 or P3. People that own devices that feature P3 connectors, but purchase 510 Kabukis so they can use them on their whole collection miss out on getting to really see how great the P3 connection actually is.
I'm still wondering where the difference shows up other than strength. I know it's better conductivity but does it translate to something tangible like batt life? I'm going to be getting a P3 kabuki and kf4 next payday and some extra adapters that will live on my kfls and rose or other 510 atty's.

Same here.

I think my next one will be a P3 Kabuki which I will use for the Radius...I first wanted to have another with a 510, but I want to experience the difference.
