You are correct.
I do get tired of the low ohm for big flavor myth though. The best base mix for flavor is 70pg/30vg. You only need high power if your running high VG (60% or more) since vg Vaporizes at a higher temp. You also need a lot more vapor to get the flavor to come through with vg.

I always recommend 1.5-2.2 ohm high pg set up with nic level comparative to the type of cigs smoked for replacing cigs and 1.2 or lower high vg set up for clouds. From my experience, there is a better chance of quitting cigs successfully with high Pg and the stronger flavor/nic carrying capability.

I'm sorry but I think "best base mix" is subjective & can't be applied to everyone. It's all in the taste. What works well for others 'n all that jazz.

That's next on my list.

Keep an eye on the classifieds here, I was able to pick up a Gem in mint condition a few weeks ago for a good price. In my opinion, it's the best looking atomizer on the market and it really delivers on the flavor. But... the Erlkonigin is still the King in my rotation.

Can't wait to try the Calix V2 with a P3 base that ByLeo is putting out next month.

So one of my girlfriends is thinking about buying the Radius but the only thing that worries her is how the two threaded bushes for the battery cap screws are secured in the plastic. Can someone comment on this? Maybe someone from Provape?

Finally an answer. She's an engineer and this is what she wanted to know (the pull out force). And now that she knows she's going to order it. She already did in fact.

You sir, seem to have an attitude problem. About 4 hours after you asked the question Provape answered it. Saying "Finally an answer" IMO is a snarky come back. This is a public forum thread about the Radius ... it's not a Provape Support thread monitored minute by minute. I think you got a timely answer to your question and a 'Thank you' would have been more suitable than "Finally ...".

I second the notion.

for dual users: Honest replies only!

Now that you have had them for a hot minute, are you using the R* or the P3 more?

Down the road, do you see that to be the same answer?

Thanks! Curious and Tubed
Good question!

I am finding that I am using the Radius at work when I'm in the office (3 days a week). It is very comfortable to hold and I am crazy in love with the ability to change wattage with an easy click of the additional buttons. When I have to be walking around all day, my choice is definitely the Ti Stealth because of its pocket friendliness.

At home, as @jwbnyc said over in the P3 thread, I'm digging the P3 in full-on Churchill mode. I still like the form factor of the tube, and I have to admit there's something oddly comforting about twirling the P3 around in your fingers like a cigar and alternating between your thumb and index finger on the firing button. Yeah, weird I know.

The polycarbonate is nice when it's cold, but the brushed satin finish on my Celtic is wonderful in the warm confines of home, I guess there is just a "perfection" to the solid tank-like heft of the regular P3.

All in all, I can see a place for both of these in my daily vape experience, but in my mind the P3 is still the top dog. If I decide to grow my collection, who knows? I'd still like to see more action photos of the Ghost White, but the Ti P3 might be next on my list.

I'm a little late to the party on this one. But here's my baby Lilly. We were supposed to only foster her for a few days. That was a year ago :)

Edit: Why is is it so very hard for someone from Provape to explain how this part is secured in the base? it's not like it's some big industrial secret is it?

Lemwise, I'm also a bit confused as to why you cop such an attitude in here. Did you email Provape for an answer to your question?

When it was answered, and you said, "Finally an answer", is that not just a bit of overblown entitlement?

Or a bit rude, at the least?

To a point your right. It depends on what the overall goal is for the individual.

Now from my own mixing I can tell you to get the same flavor out of an 80vg I have to almost double the amount of flavoring I use compared to a 70pg blend. HHV and a few other juice makers increase the flavor additives as the vg goes up to try and keep the same flavor profile. It's well known that Pg carries flavor and nic a lot better than vg.

Let me see here. 1, 2, 3... I guess I'd be Number Four.

Easy, Lem. A simple, "Thanks, Vape360," would have been quite sufficient.

I have a feeling, Lem's girlfriend's new Radius will not bring them closer together

Lilly's beautiful. It's great to see you were a foster, who became a permanent family for her!

Number 5, right here.

But then I wouldn't expect Lem to show much respect. He hasn't yet, so why would we expect him to now?

Batt life really has nothing to do with watts or ohms by themselves. It's the combination of the two. 15 w @2ohms will draw less than 15w@ 1ohm. The lower builds draw more amps which is why batt life is shorter. All batts are rated in milliamp hours or amp hours not watt hours.
Actually the AW IMR18350's I rec'd frtom ProVape last week, are rated in mAh, voltage and Watt hour. It is plainly printed on the side of the cell. Just an observation.
