Perhaps you might want to attach an explanation of a "rolling" TV screen for younger readers.

rb, I find the judicial use of the ignore button really helps in situations like this. There was a certain person who I think may have moved to Prague that rubbed me the wrong way. My happiness on the forum was enhanced when I saw posts being blocked. Rudeness doesn't merit more the way it has been done here. The message was communicated, then piled on and on. It was painful for me to read all the posts. Enough, please?
Yep it seems a lot of you folks here moved to VU.--lolololoHe moved to VU.![]()
Now THAT is dedication to one's fellow vapers!!!
Great job counting over 5,000 puffs!
I'd get mad and lose count!
Thanks--will give that a try!a
Try to turn off your firewall and AV for a few minutes, and try the down load (update).
I don't have a radius or a P3, just the 2.5's and I never check to see what my battery level is at, when it starts blinking I change it. When I get a Radius I will most likely do the same thing, but if it lasts me all day one a charge, then I would just charge it over night like a lot of people are doing.

I could have sworn I got the same message about the drivers not installing. However, I just said screw it and clicked on version 19 anyway, and it worked. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate, btw.
One question - after you connected the Radius, did you press the fire button as suggested by @Vape360?
Some additional things to try: do you have a different USB cable you can try to connect the Radius to the computer?
Can you try plugging the Radius into a different USB port on the computer?
Lastly, can you right click on 'My Computer' and select 'Manage', then click on device Manager. In the right panel, click on the arrowhead (triangle?) to open the list of USB ports and verify that they are all enabled?
Those would be where I would start my search. The device Manager should show something like what is pictured below, if everything is enabled.

Me too.I'm sorry, I should have added a smiley.![]()
Thanks--going to give that a try.I would agree, make sure your firewall is not blocking the connection to our server and that you have a reliable internet connection.
Oh my dear, I know you weren't being rude or telling me to shut up. I was translating loosely, but it is what I should do with him. He manages to bring out the worst in me and I should, by now have learned to ignore him. Somehow though, I'm just not good at ignoring rudeness. No I'm not.

Thank you-- I did press the fire button as suggested. I will try a couple different USB cables--good idea. I appreciate your tips and will do all of it. Thanks!

I see a lot of people over there that were banned from here and found a happy home.... speaking for myself I was a member over there before coming here, (and still am), plus several other forums to boot...I was there once, was unimpressed, and came back here.![]()
