Needs to be updated IMO its on the low side even for someone who likes a cooler vape.
I use it only as a general guideline, as I believe that was it's intended purpose to begin with.

Not knocking you or the chart bro. Even the newer ones are based off of charts that are 3-4 years old.I'd love to see see someone make one that reflects the advances weve made since then.

Stop, I just about spit up my bourbon and coke.![]()
it will get shut down just like every other provari thread does,if only the non provari owners would stay out
Maybe my humor-o-meter isn't quite calibrated, but I don't see the point of asking a "Why hate on ProVari" type thread and not wanting non-ProVari owners to speak up.
Such as? Just asking as I'm curios as to what you think has changed so much recently to change the chart?
Zapped, I asked about you at the last Richmond meet. I figured I'd meet the man behind the avatar. You making it out for the next one?
I dont think anything has changed "so much recently" as you put it.
You started the same time I did here.Think back to how low powered all our devices were back then compared to now. Im saying that people being people, they just copied those charts from the original charts we had back then, based on the same outdated information.
Hence the need to update them.
I vape 2ohms at 4.2 volts and that chart has me almost out of the optimum range even though most people average 8 watts now.
**** seems that Baditudes chart is much more accurate than a couple of the others Ive seen posted on the forums, especially the one from budgetvapers.
I see what you are saying, I never paid much attention to the charts, I just do the ohms plus 2 and adjust so I wondered how far they were off.
Maybe I'll work on a new one some day soon and put it in the 8 watt range.

The guy who created the chart that I use first published it just in July of 2012, so it's not that old:Guide to Safe Vaping - E-Cigarette Safety | Ecig Advanced Community Blog
