The extra heads come covered with a condom that you take off. There is a seal/cup with a little metal piece that you leave on the top of the head.

Edit: maybe I'm clear as mud ;) If the tank came with a head installed, and it should have, all you have to do is unscrew the top , fill and vape :)

Just getting to the Vivi Novas. It has this round clear plastic thing on top. I do remove it before using, don't I?

Any one on here still using the regular bogo cartomizers? I cant find any. I think I will order one of the ego 350 batteries for my stealth vaping at work and a bogo would be perfect for that. mabey if I am lucky I can get them from the same place and only pay shipping once would'nt that be nice! I am getting the hang of the twist and havent burned out or melted anything yet, I now understand why everyone loves the vv. Guess I am a slow learner with a adversion to change.
Sure enough, try here: Great Deal
5 packages of 5 for 23 bucks including shipping. They have different deals so if these aren't the ones you want, check their other deals.

Iffy: what does the lemon do for Blueberry? Do you dilute it before using or straight from the "lemon"? :D

Gordon: Thanks for the info ...

AwSum: off to PM you ...
Interesting....I always add lemon to blueberry pie (the real kind...lol)....it brightens the flavor of the blueberries.

"Good Morning America, How Are Ya?" Got this song stuck in my head. ARRRRGGGGHHHHHH

Here, you all can have it:

Anyhoo, I've been using the same T-2 LR on an xl3 mini @ 3.0 volts for 2 full days and at least 8 refills of DIY menthol/mint 60/40 12 mg. It still tastes good and not one dry hit. Gotta winner here!!

Fran........I mentioned it before, but don't know if you didn't see it, or weren't interested. This is a thread about the gripper. I bet it would fit in his shirt pocket, and a lot of folks seem to be loving it. It's a bit smaller than an altoids tin. Tx has one, yiddle either has or is getting one I think, and I just ordered mine with a GC I won, it shipped this morning.

I'd think this might fit better than a twist in a shirt pocket which would slip out so easily if he bent over at all. Either would work in a pants pocket though.

I just haven't been keeping up on the new stuff. I don't even know what a v-max is. I'm still procrastinating about getting hubby and ego twist for a vv he can carry in his pocket. Are there other small options out there?

Fran, I just got my gripper yesterday and so far I'm loving it. Since you're still looking, here's a review :)

    Good Morning Everyone :)

Today I swapped out the coil head on the T2 I've been using for menthol/mint for 2 whole weeks. I replaced it with one I had used for tobacco for about a week, then decided I was kinda tired of that flavor for a bit. I had asked Eric at DV how he recommends cleaning them - he said he just runs them under his tap (filtered water) and lets them dry overnite. I don't have filtered water, so I just ran mine under warm water and let it dry a few days til I got ready to use it. It's working great.

So, I just ran the one I've been using for 2 weeks under the warm water. I might put it back on tomorrow to see how it does. After 2 weeks, it still vaped and had good vapor, but the flavor was less. Even if cleaning doesn't make it good again, I'm still very happy, especially if I can continue to buy replacement heads for only .89 cents - as long as I don't forget to use the coupon code hehe.

I'm with you. I thought I would find one juice and stick to it like the stinkies, but so far I continue to try new flavors. I do have some I vape much more than others but still feel the need to try different things. I find that I like something for a while and then find something else. Is this the way it goes for most or do you finally settle on one?

I think most of us rotate through more than one flavor. If you just vape one, after awhile you can't taste it anymore. Kind of like wearing perfume. After you put it on, in awhile you don't smell it anymore even though it's still there and others can smell the fragrance on you.

I'm hoping to also get the free gallon of vg from P&G.

I recently began to diy (or dim), and bought 120 ml of VG from ecigexpresss. I have 3/4 of it left after a month. A gallon at a time sounds like a lot, but if it saves me money, I'll sure check it out. I was surprised at the number of people buying by the gallon. I add 4 drops of Desert Ship and one drop of Cherry (per 5ml) from FlavourArts for my go-to vape, and my wife likes the smell which is a bonus. I always liked the fragrance of Cherry pipe tobacco when I smoked. Now I have the fragrance without the health concerns. Doesn't bite my tongue either like the Cherry tobacco did. I vape 0 nicotine, and get a nice throat hit from this mix. Of course, I haven't used nicotine for years, and get a throat hit from mentholated cough drops. Accidently vaped nicotine at a kiosk in the mall recently and coughed like my first inhale from an analog.

Yep the Gripper is very pocket friendly. With the power button on the top you can even put it in front jean pocket without shutting it off. You can shut it off if you want with five quick clicks but I don't normally. The Gripper has become my favorite VV PV. It has a very nice blue led display, one click to see resistance of carto and remaining voltage in battery and easy up and down buttons for voltage adjustments. The only weakness might be if it is dropped on hard surface but being as it is a box mod you don't have the problem with it rolling off desk or table.
    :)

Just passing by to say hello. Turned 44 a few days ago. Not sure if that qualifies me as an older folk, but I sure am feeling like one! Smoked since I was a teen. Tried a co-workers disposable e-cig last year out of curiosity...had no intention of quitting smoking. I think it was about three weeks later I was cigarette-free. I guess I'm one of those "accidental" quitters.

Started off with disposables. Now happily vaping with a couple Provaris and an ego twist. Not to mention the numerous tanks, juices, drip tips, etc.
