I am all about flavor but must say I love the clouds of vapor, I do mostly mint and cinnamon DIY so even at no nic I get some TH. So for the record it is flavor/vapor/th, I diy at 50/50 either 6mg or no nic.

Ah, good point. Another thing I noticed while I was browsing is there seems to be a trade off... the ones that have a better selection of voltages seem to be hardwired, meaning you can vape as long as you are connected to something, but can't vape and go. I do have other batteries, but still have mixed feelings about that. I think if it came down to it I would pick the vape and go option over VV, but...it would be nice to have all the options, for the best price too! Some people want everything! LOL

I think I probably burnt all my taste buds off with the 30+years of smoking menthol cigarettes so I stick to mostly mint and cinnamon flavors I like a good blow your top mint mix, you know the ones that make your nose run.

Good Morning back to ya Fran,

Say, I recall you like the Fusions. IKV now has an adjustable stealth 510-801 adapter. I'm gonna grab a couple-few of these and try my 'old' DCT tanks w/ the Fusions now. I've heard other iO6 drippers really like the Fusion compared to their iO6's.

Yiddle is right Mike. For some reason one of Ikenvape 510/801 adaptors will not work with Fusions. I get mine elsewhere.

I love the Fusions. It's all I use anymore.

Some of my juices I blame on EcBlends..NEVER!! under any circumstances!!..Should a noob be allowed on the "Create your own juice page"..I created some Awful juices..The bright side is..They will repel, possibly kill vampires,werewolves, zombies and other such creatures..so all is not lost

I had a "something's missing" clearo going today ... Decided to just toss in a few drops of a Turtle Cheesecake I didn't like.
The flavor I didn't like in the TC is the very thing that made what was in there good. I'm beginning to think it might just be too sweet.
I got a Desert Joe a little strong in flavor once - just don't care to use it anymore.
I think that is what happen with the Extreme Ice - just a bit too much wintergreen ... Another one is Spearmint ...
How long would you keep it before deciding your just not going to use it?


I'm glad the Gripper deal was helpful (or maybe not-so-helpful) to some of you ...
I've wondered about them ... but at this point I don't quite think I'm ready for those "box" type ...

Bobas Bounty is pretty popular, but it's from Alien Vision (Clouds of Vapor also sells it). I like it better than either of Nite Life Vapors Bounty Hunter or Gold. The Bounty Hunter and Gold are both a bit too sweet for me. I like them, but don't know if I'd go through the hassle of trying to order it again. NLV is the one only open for a day or two, then close until the fill full all the orders.

Here I go again w/ the Nic-at-Nigth by Mike Show. (pictures to come).

I like the idea of rebuilding Vivi Nova's with cotton or cotton yarn, but I don't like that you can't do a dry burn to clean things up. You either have to gently remove the wick from the coil, dry burn the coil, and carefully re-thread another wick when it's clean up time or build a entire new wick/coil.

I've wanted to use an SS wick, but didn't want to hassle with bending one w/o putting kinks in the bend and messing up the wicking.

So I've come up with the tri-fecta wick - SS mesh, bamboo yarn, & cotton roll. I haven't seen this combination, so maybe I've got an original adaption.

1. I took a piece of 400 SS mesh about 30x30mm.

2. I rolled it as tight as I could to fit in the stock slots of the Vivi Nova head. It took a bit of rolling but it was possible. (oh - another premise I started w/ - I didn't want to mod; file or drill out the opening on the head. Wanted to keep this simple.

3. With Kanthal A1 34 awg, I wrapped a 2.5 ohm coil. This was 2 completer wraps and 2 partial end wraps. (I don't know if they call this a 4/3 wrap or a 3/4 wrap - I still don't understand that nomenclature).

4. I installed the wick/coil just like doing any coil. (hint put the two coil leads in a piece of coffee straw, then slide that through the head and remove the coffee straw, make threading the leads through the head simple and quick)

5. I cut the ends of the SS rolled mesh off at each side of the head, just long enough to clear when putting on the tank.

6. I took 2 pieces of 6 strand bamboo yarn and laid it accross the top of the wick/coil.

7. I put a cotton roll on top of the yarn.

8. Put a notched silcon cap top back on.

9. Primed the wick good with juice.

10. Filled the tank and started vapin'.

I LIKE it. At 3.7volts w/ the 2.5Ω head, I'm getting good vapor production and good taste. Maybe the best taste I've gotten so far from either factory heads or my DIY heads. I'll dial it up to 4 volts, then to my usual sweet spot of 4.2volts w/ 2.5Ω and be optimistic that I still like it. Hoping this does work out, as I can easily take of the cotton and yarn, do a dry burn when the coil gunks up. Then replace cotton/yarn if/as needed and be back to vaping again.

For a long time VG seemed to make me hungry but that did pass. It never upset my stomach though.

I never tried Splenda. I do have a bottle here here but all it's says is sweetener.

I probably checked it out before I bought it but I rarely use it so I've had it for awhile and just don't remember exactly what it is.

I switched to Splenda (sucralose) when I was doing the Atkins diet and got used to it. It says it's sweeter than sugar but you can't prove it by me. It's a different taste and I don't care what the scientific reasons for saying it's sweeter is, it doesn't taste like it to me. I wonder what other people use as a sweetener.

That's what I am talking about...LOL...My stomach churns when I get really hungry. I noticed that when I ate a couple of crackers, the feeling went away. I think I have blood sugar issues (undiagnosed) and get shaky and sicky (sp) churning stomach when I am hungry. I have to have something SALTY/starchy to make the feeling go away. I can not eat anything sweet for breakfast....must have something salty first.

I wonder if the VG is sweeter than PG? Maybe that is why it made me feel yuck when I vaped the VG loaded juice.

I was told it was air getting into the stomach but I felt hungry and sometimes right after I ate. I'd even eat a little more. It didn't take much to feel full again though but then I'd vape and feel hungry. 8-o

All I can say is, for me, it went away.
