I'm thinking I'm going to go a bit wild, I did order from GotVapes, but I may order
from a couple others too, just to start my testing spree. Someone had a Strawberry
Daquiri one, I should find that one...lol!

When I notice my juice starting to get dark I vape the tank pretty much down, dump the remaining dark juice and clean it. Doing a dry burn, rinsing and maybe even some more dry burns for good measure should help a lot. I haven't had my darkened juice change flavor too much. If it tasted bad I'd dump it. The discussion I remember was that the darkness is from carmelization of the juice and it concentrates the lower the level gets in tank. I think some juices do it more than others.

Yep found out I had to clean every or the yuck taste was in the new juice!

What he ^ said!! Now that I'm pretty well stocked and settled on what I use, I miss the anticipation of regular vape mail. I did get something new to try last week: CE3 Gianto 3ml Bottom Coil eGo Tank 2.4-2.6ohm. While it is convenient because it holds 3ml, I think it mutes the flavor of the juice pretty much. It puts out lots of vapor and seems to work best for me at 3-3.2 volts. I doubt if I'll get another because the T-2 works well for me and the CE3 is also hard to beat.

You're a better and stronger person than me with your self control. I got a new Gripper a couple weeks ago and thought well that's my new toy for awhile. But Yikes - I did it again. I'm expecting another new toy tomorrow per the tracking# info. Hope I don't get skunked twice tomorrow - once when I go out fishin' and then again when I come home and check for vape mail.

Yep, I agree. I can't read the markings without a magnifying glass anyway. I could't tell you what mine is set at, I just twist til I like the taste.

Good morning all....Did we ever figure out why the juice is turning black in the vivi? It's been sitting in there for a few days now.....RL is smackin me around and the analogs are winning this week...

Sorry to hear - RL can be rough at times. Hope things turn around quick!
Is this only a problem in the larger Vivi's or does it affect the mini's as well?

juice. My trusty menthol, going to get some 6 ml samplers: Berry Blue Mix, Peach Cobbler & Strawberry Peach
(can you tell I like fruits???). Is that enough, or am I leaving something out?? I'm so excited!!

LOL! The fruits are great spaced between other flavors ( should you encounter the dreaded vaper's tongue )!
If your into Menthol - Muldemar & I like MtBakerVapor w/ 5 extra shots! He likes the Extreme Ice (wintergreen) I like the regular Menthol. Purchased in 24 mg to cut 50/50 for 12 mg to double the amount of joose! 1-2 drops in 1.4 ml is plenty!

I will learn the Twist as I go, and all the great stuff to read around here.
I'm excited to finally be able to afford to upgrade, my eGo is taking a beating, it
needs a break! I was thinking of ordering more trial size juices, to find a few I like,
but I got started with a few fruity ones.

Someone here (not mentioning any names but his initials are MikeE3!) pointed me to Vape Dudes & ? Got Vapes ...
If you find you have a flavor that doesn't quite 'do it' for you, you can have fun 'tweakin' them later. I have a Melon that is rather "peppery" - Watermelon that's so-so. Together they are good! If you should go to Vape Dudes - consider their Cool Melon & Blueberry Ice on the Twist at 3.2 or 3.4!

Debadoo (I think) commented about a perfumey aftertaste. 2 of the 3 samples I got from VV had that. Is this another "taste is subjective" issue? Wonder if I should dump it and forget it ...

Where is that "What SHE SAID!" button! If it weren't for the clearo problems - I wouldn't have moved from the SI stuff.
Ideally I'd like to have stuck w/ the 650mah and clearo. That set up was comfortable and balanced.

MULDEMAR: Your " menthol witches brew" - may I ask what settin you had that on? with a 1.8 atty coil right?
(That was sooooo good!) I have a small amount of the Xtreme ice @ 12mg / some Spearmint & Peppemint @ 0 mg. Thinkin' of tinkering a little ... I sure hope Juicy Fruit doesn't turn out to be the "secret ingredient"!

Tried out the Twist ... I definitely like that one MUCHO better than the Ego-V!!! Easy to find the power button. I sure don't see where one would have to "worry" about the setting on the bottom changing by itself! It "feels" a lil thinner than the SI X2's - height is the same ...

Anyone know: when using a mini VIVI on the Twist - will a "shorty" cone fill in that little gap???

Off to find a movie ... bit bummed - I have aprox. 3 weeks to live (

Yes. I use lemon juice for my fruit/light DIY flavs and apple cider vinegar for any bakery/savory flavs. One drop per 3ml is my ratio. And no, there is no lemon or vinegar taste to the jooses at that ratio.

Iffy uses lemon juice in his recipes - just a little - and I've heard others talk about it as being very effective. I'm going to try DIY, waiting for supplies to arrive as I write, and the lemon is on my list as a must have.

I use the vinegar and I totally hate the taste and the smell of it so it's lucky that I can't taste it.

Oooooh be sure your drinkin' lots of water! If it's the dreaded Vaper's Tongue - also GENTLY use the toothbrush on your tongue.
I believe a mouthwash rinse followed by enough water rinses til you don't taste the mouth wash was recommended. Not that I personally did that - my water must be hot & Carribou "blended"! (pun intended! Hey! That rhymes! I'm a poet and didn't know it!)
