I asked in 'his' thread, if these tanks would be available separately as retro-fit for the Vivi Nova. That would be nice.

GV has them too and that question has come up in the GV threads . Still not clear if they'll fit until somebody has them in hand. If I hear anything I'll let y'all know.;)

I know someone who received theirs yesterday, so I'll ask.

Thought I would come back and post for a little clarfication on those new vivis. That sleeve is bonded onto a thinner plastic tube and is not removable. If they get around to offering them seperately, it would be for the whole tube.

That would be Ok. I didn't think it was just a sleeve over the current type tank.

I don't consider that a drawback Mike. I don't think they get half as good of a draw on a native 801 connector.

Good morning everyone.

I guess I wasn't listening close enough the first time around. Please point me in the right direction toward the fusion cartos. I put together a starter kit for my youngest sister. In it was the 78mm batteries I started with + most of what I have won in contests. So far she is doing really well. I think she was finally ready. I started her with the pre-filled cartos and gave her juice to re-fill them. I would like to pick her up some of the fusions if they are in fact that much better than what I have.

Good Morning y'all. Maybe today is the day I get vapemail from Alice in Vapeland ? heard so many good things about her ejuice, hope they are even close to what I've heard....

I'm gonna head over there today and grab a big bottle.
AIV is some high quality juice, YMMV of course.

I see Eric at DV has the New Vision Neptune Vivi Novas in stock. They are the colored metal tanks with the window in them. They look pretty nice.

I might wait on the new model, see how the reviews go. I just put
some silicon around the bottom plate threading on my 3ml Vivi
and I'm letting it sit for the day. It's been a leaky mess since I've had it.
The mini is humming right along though.

One question. I want to test the silicon seal on the Vivi later with some VG I
use in my shaving soaps, and let it sit overnight. Will this cause any negative issues?

If you're just testing for a leak - why not just fill it w/ water?

Thanks Muldemar. Guess If I go this route for my sis I'll have to order from 2 different places.

If you don't want to use adapters - the IKV Platinum 510's are pretty good too.

Thank you Mike. I have a bunch of Boge cartos but don't want to give them to her since I don't care for them so am looking for something better. I could just set her up with CE3's but think the cartos would be better starting out.

When I was using Boge carto's they still had a good reputation. I switched to IKV Platinum 501's. Sometime after that I kept hearing about Boge's not being as good as they once were. I had just started using Fusion's when the Vivi Nova's hit the scene and have been using them pretty consistently. I just started moving back to my tanks, but this time w/ the Fusions. The Fusion's might have an edge over the Platinums but they're pretty close. I should setup a blind test for Janet. Load up a Fusion and a Platinum w/ once of her fav juices and see what she says. Even after a 50 1/2 weeks of being 'ciggie' free, my taste buds still aren't very good. Maybe that's why I still prefer tobacco flavors - just give me a bit of throat hit and good vapor and I'm happy.
