Fran that's a sharp rig :) Most of mine are pretty mundane..sigh. I do have a white battery with blue flowers on it and a blue mini Vivi on it :) This one Blue China Flower Battery | Virgin Vapor | Electronic Cigarette Organic e-Liquid | Electronic Cigarettes

I still want another joye mod and a vision spinner..we'll see.

Wow, that one is very pretty! I really think they should come out with more units with patterns. Maybe that'll be the next big thing as they start to cater more to women. I wouldn't like the stick on jewels type decorations, but a pretty pattern is nice. I've thought of using some wraps, but just haven't gotten into that yet.

Yes! I remember the Purple People Eater very well! That was fun.

Howdy & Welcom MPage - just park the bus and hang out with us, this is def the place to be. And you can find us hanging over here too, where we have a lot of fun and can the topic can wander beyond vapin' w/o upsetting the mods.

    Fran, I must have been pretty tired last night. I'd written a post to tell you how beautiful your set up was and never sent it! I'd love to see the looks on people's faces when they see you vaping on that! Might make them want one too!

    Thanks Janet.:)

    @Kat56 - I have a T2 sitting on the shelf because I could not get past its gurgling all the time. I am going to try this over the top method next week. We are going away this weekend and hope to find some Lydia's #10 bamboo while out shopping. Not to happy with the cotton I have been using. I have one more nic sample I am waiting on before the Great DIY experiment begins. BWaa AAh AAh!!

    @FranC - Nice setup!

    @MPage - Welcome aboard~~~

    I'll be stalking ProVape this afternoon.

    Fran, I suggest picking up a 'spare parts kit' too. Not so much for the screws and o-rings but the extra insulators, they'll come in handy 1st for you.

    Z-Atty-Pro O-Ring Kit

    And just it case you didn't know - it comes pre-wicked/coiled. Test it, fill it up and vape it. You also get 10 pre-made wicks, 5x 400 mesh and 5x 325 mesh.

    Good luck

    Janet, if you looked at all her batteries (VV), she has some really pretty ones. I also have the Black Dragon one, but she had some pretty paisley decorated ones too. Nice batteries.

    The first of my old batteries died last night. Lasted a year, so that's not too bad. It was a gold smok tech 900 MaH ego type. Used it hard too. Just 4 more of those year+ batteries to go LOL

    Thanks Mike. I have plans on that if I get lucky enough to get one.

    Does anyone here have any experience at cleaning cartos?

    Do you boil them or use the plunger kit?

    Busardo the PV God has a video on that .. can't find the linky right this minute .. he boils them I believe 3 times, changing the water each time ..

    I've never cleaned any, but I have about a 2 years accumulation of used ones I've saved in the event of the Apocalypse ..

    I tried the plunger method the other night for the first time. It seems to work pretty good. I haven't tried the boiling method. Sorry, I know that's not a complete answer, but I do know the plunger thingy works!

    @Old C - Before I switched to tanks I cleaned a lot of Carto's and as U. Willie stated still have them. I have tried both methods separately and finally mixed them both by boiling the carto's and then plunging them with hot water. Especially strong flavors I used a cheap vodka to rinse unless they were just being filled with the same liquid again. I got an oral syringe at Walgreens that slipped over the carto and worked OK. Hope this helps.

    Back when I was using cartos without a tank, I tried cleaning them both ways. Most were useable, but not great. I had better results if they weren't super clogged up. I had mixed results, so I stopped cleaning them and threw out the used ones. I've been using cartos in a tank for a long time now, and I've started saving them again. Someday I'll clean them and see how it goes.

    Here's the video.
