Me thinks you're on the right track. The one that just started doing this has thin long wicks and I can see a very small gap between the wicks and the 'head cap'. When firing it with the 'head cap' removed I can see a bit of the 'vape' falling down into the tank. So that could be the cause, but you'd think all the vape would be pulled into you mouth when firing and drawing on it. I dunno!
The heads of the mini and regular are the same. Should be no difference when it comes to rebuilding the heads. I've rebuild 'em for he heck of it - but honestly for the time/cost I'm mostly just replacing with oem heads when it's time for a change-out.
ah ha! So we have to figure out what Fran runs short on, so we know what we can barter for Fusions.
I have been using a mini viva for about 2 weeks now and haven't noticed vapor getting in it. Can't imagine what would be causing it but I would be willing to bet that you will figure it out.

The Ikenvape Mega Fusions are in stock here but they ration them to 5 per customer to ensure they please as many customers as possible. These are the larger Fusions but AFAIK they are the only ones who have any Fusions in stock.

I like the regular fusions better but then I'm not crazy about any of the mega cartos.

Apparently the bowling alley is cool with vaping..Some kids( in there 20s..) were vaping away last night right in front of the main counter..

One of the reasons that i read for the vape going into the tank is that the head may be coming loose. Or it could be like mike said just a slight little gap at the grommet. Another post said something about continuing to hit after letting off the power to correct the problem can't remember where i read it at on the forums tho.
Do you know if these are IKV Fusions. I've heard of some being called Fusion but not 'exactly' the same as those from IKV.
