What dose of RYR do you take? A couple of years ago, I took 1200mg every night. It brought my LDL down, but not enough. Now I'm taking 1800mg. I'm going to stick with it at least 30 days before I go in to get my blood checked.

About a year ago my dr wanted to put me on some coll meds. I didn't want to go that route so told her I wanted to try the red yeast rice. So about a month later she checked again and told me to continue what ever I was doing. She was very pleased with the results as was I. Any time I can avoid prescription meds I will. The red yeast rice and fish oil does work well for me. Looking forward to your report on how well it is working for you Jewels.

It was a great car - but - the floorboards eventually disappeared.

Right under the gas and clutch pedals? Or in da back where da beer cans seem to propagate?

I've been taking red yeast rice, a natural statin,

My bride has been on RYR for a few years. She pretty much held her own until a month ago. She had a TIA and the doc put her on full strength aspirin and Zorcor (me not pleased, but thankful she's still puttin' up with my...!). She gets a follow up later today.

Ditto twice!

BTW - it's hard to shut me up - fair warning!

Ya mean my bride has another sis beside da twins?!?!?

I am taking 2400mg daily. 1200 in the morning and 1200 in the evening. Mine also have CoQ10 and fish oil in each one so only have to swallow 4 caps a day.

It's been quite the day here. I understand about Txtumbleweed's driving experience because we had 8-10 inches of snow today with more expected tonight. It's raining now so the snow is disappearing quickly, but it is sloppy outside.
We lost our power for about 8 hours today. Trees & limbs down all over. So the woodstove was cranking, cast iron skillets on it to cook, pot to heat water & a french press to make my AM coffee. The plows were running full bore up & down the road all day. We didn't drive anywhere until 5 PM when we went to pick up the Blazer from the shop. Yeap, it was a bad "pass-lock" system. The bill was more than we wanted to have to pay, but quite a bit less than we expected to pay. So I guess I'm happy about that.

:) I'm safe, I'm warm, I have a great DH & I have air to breath. Life is good :D

PS - We do all of the building & remodeling on our house too. It is so satisfying to stand back & look at your ideas taken to fruition.

How many of you are in here and vaping? I mean besides me. Don't you wish we would have had this years ago before all those cigarettes? Are you dealing with any repercussions from smoking cigarettes? Or did you never smoke and just took up with vaping? Tell your story. Let's get the senior side of the story!

I'd tell ya, but I don't remember. JMHO

Cheers,

If you dont mind me asking. What brand is that RYR . Tried to find it but did not work out.
If I could take a combination that would be great.

I see you got your work cut out today. Nature sure can keep you on your toes.
At least we do not have the cold to deal with.
Wishing you a warmer Thursday :toast:

My DH was stationed in Mayport for 2 years (75 & 76). We loved it there. We used to drive our cycle down to Ponte Vedra Beach & walk on the beach for almost ever without seeing anyone. Young & in love, broke as church mice, but love conquered all :)
There used to be a bar called Uncle John's on the road to the base. That's where my DH & I met.
What great memories we have of Jacksonville.

Good Morning and it looks like Good Night to at least one person. I sure missed a lot yesterday - all ranges of topics, but the renovation project calls and I have installed the Internet connection over there yet (I wouldn't get any work done (LOL)). Going to be at it again today. Gotta get moved before other things I am working on start kicking in and then I have no free time to take care of the moving requirements.

So Bluesman hit the Buy Button again. Hope you enjoy your Volt when you get it. I got to go peruse the Smokeless Image Forum some more to learn some more stuff about it, but beyond that I am satisfied.

Rave - looks like you converted two more. Did you get your stock options yet!!! (LOL)...
