I like the clear one he is using. The ones I had were the smokey colors. It is easier to see things on the clear one.

Hey Bad. Do you think that the glue that you sell would be good enough to fix a cracked tube on a Vornado?
oh yeah, got to put the glue up, still have tons of it left, that stuff worked miracles.
I decided to trim down the wick, and thin it out by gently pulling out a few strands. I didn't mod the tube this time. Hits even better. It isn't even leaking, which is amazing since I broke the tabs that the ring fits into. 
yes thats what im finding, with most of my juices i can get many to work just fine, then ill bump into the one where i need to mod them to work with certain juices. I dont fully blame the carto though as they are trying to make the wick work with the juice they use. china isnt testing cartos and atties with the myriad of juices everyone could possibly be using. so it really depends on the juice as well but a quick mod like this also helps when your having issues.
WOOT!! I took one apart, fluffed the wick and stretched the opening just a tiny bit. Even though I mangled/cracked the cone base where it fits over the eGo - it works now - no dry hits.
I did put my LR Pump Cart on the dongle, and it automatically adjusted itself from 3.7V to 3.2V. It only lasts for a few seconds, then it shuts off. It's a shame that it can't handle the LR item, but it really is its only flaw.
That is pretty cool. I mangled mine too, but it isn't leaking. They are sturdy little buggers. If they weren't whistle tipped, I may be getting a bunch of them. It's okay though. Stardusts have won my heart!
If anyone is interessted, I took that dongle into work today and put it on a meter. It is exactly what it says it is. 3.2. 3.7. 4.1. So this dry burning should work well with this at the 3.2 setting. Have I said I really love them fluxomizers?
