So your telling me that that the FDA Allows whipped cream flavored vodka??? Who does this target? It makes me so freaking mad!!! Drunk driving accidents kill more teens every year!

Yep, doesn't make any sense. How about sugared cereal? They should ban that too, if they want to be consistent.

Reminds me of the Trix commercial.
"Silly vapers, flavors are for kids. R-...right?"

No. Do these people, for one second, think that flavors are something adults are less interested in? How is something targeted to kids simply by being flavored? This argument is such a manufactured load of BS.

Oh really? That's why the talk of teen cig use decreasing while cigar use increased? No, they're using the usual kid card. I'm so freakin sick of that card. I can't buy a can of touchup spray paint without showing ID and signing. Now I hear I won't be able to buy nail polish remover without doing that too. If parents don't want to monitor their teens or raise them with more good sense, lock them in a closet til they're 21 and quit expecting me to make personal sacrifices because you don't. I seldom rant but this just irks me.

Since there are so many Americans that are sick of the "for the children" card being played I just have to ask...
Who do these politicians expect to vote for them based on the playing of that card?

Thoughts?

Parents and especially grandparents. Part of the point of playing that card is that anyone who tries to oppose it automatically puts themselves in a bad light. You can't have a sensible debate on any meaningful level once that card is played. A democracy is run on whipping up emotions and chastising the opposition, not appealing to rational thinking.

"Why should we protect the profits of those who lure our children into a life of addiction to harmful substances?"

Is it all parents, or just certain "types" of parents?
And grandparents? Really? You think so?

I had more hope for grandparents, but what do I know.
I don't even have children, let alone grandchildren.

Well I have great grandchildren. I smoked in front of both my children & grandchildren, but wouldn't even think about vaping in front of my great grandchildren. So I guess it even gets worse

Wow....a jump to a conclusion wrapped in a stereotype wrapped in an enigma of unknown future regulation.

Of all the e-cig regulation I worry about, the flavoring thing is the least of them. Meh. I buy my own flavoring and make my own juice anyway. Banning FLAVORING in e-juice is futile. And largely irrelevant.

I'll bet they tax the cigars....meh.
