I've had 5 cigarettes over the past 3 weeks. I've had none in the past week. So yeah I suppose you can count me as a quitter.

I had a similarly fast switch over to vaping only from a pack a day habit. I smoked about a pack a week for the first three weeks, and since then none. I'm done with the cancer sticks for good.

Got my first e-cig Sept 21st 2009. Haven't had a cigarette since Sept 22nd 2009. Didn't plan on quitting, just wanted the option of being able to smoke inside when the weather was crappy. Found I liked vaping better. I had tried quitting with every NRT out there, along with hypnotism, acupuncture and counseling. I smoked a pack a day for 27 years. I can't believe it's been almost 6 months since my last cig. I never thought I'd be able to quit. These things have saved my life. I'm still working through some vaping frustrations but I'm confident that as long as the e-cig is available to me I will never smoke again. They're are nothing short of a miracle.

Here and back
I quit the day (December 23) when my e cig kit came in and was fully charge. I still carried a pack of cigs with me (and Lighter) just in case. The pack never got opened, lies in wait in my freezer, poor thing. I think it would be an interesting experiment if the mods, who I imagine have the email addresses of all the members, current and not, do a poll, especially targeting the members that seem to have dropped out. Did they drop because e cigs didn't work for them, too much trouble, not enough satisfaction - OR - were they tremendously successful and managed to find real lives somewhere out of this forum and they're leading happy and healthly new lives. I for one woul love to know.

(1/2 cig a couple times a day - no pressure just commitment to substituting vape for smoke)

Went up to 30 mg nic for major cravings....
now at 16 for daily vape and an occasional 24 mg puff if I feel the 'need'.

Occasionally have a 'puff' o'smoke.... and taste is terrible plus there's that analog hangover the next day.
