Good luck the dimentions ade 20mm x 16mm havent found a place to buy them, and you can not get another replacement top cap, on option is to get on a list for the drip tip cap over on vaperwall

You can get a tank from IBtanked.com
You will need slightly bigger orings. The size tank you need from them is 20mm OD X 1.8mm Xsection. You need to measure the length you need (will be somewhere from 19mm to 23mm).
You can get a drip tip top cap from Bog Rat on the vape pit forum, theres a list to get on. Not a long wait at all.

Woops I said VW mybad, vape pit, and no the wait isnt bad, I actually just got my dt cap yesterday, and liked it so much I added myself to the list again for another one.
I am really really loving this 510 drip tip cap from Dik aka Bog Rat on VapePit. Threads are butter smooth and the finish is perfect. Thank you! Drilled this one out to 1.5mm @ 11mm up from the bottom. The vapor production increased significantly; as if I wasn't already choking myself with vapor with the top cap. If they find me asphyxiated tomorrow its your fault!

Just trying out some #500 mesh, rolled up about 50mm with a small center hole, and its not wicking as great as Ive read about, i have to super tilt my orion, anyone have any tips? Im mainly having wicking peoblems with Bobas
Yea thats why i ordered 500 because everyone has had such success with it, just not sure why im having so many issues. Ive tried a solid wick and one with a small hole and both are barely wicking, I mean at this point I would say the 400 I had worked better.
Unwrap it, and roll it solid but not as tight. No center hole. To tight isn't better imo.
Try a different gauge wire ?

Had my Orion 2.1 for 2 weeks. Initially was working just fine. Just the other day, it started to not fire when I depress the firing button. I thought that the switch could have been spoilt but after changing to a new switch, the problem persists.
Any advise?

Nope all are still in the condition as when I received it 2 weeks ago. It just doesn't fire up. Before the issue popped up, I had to press really hard for it to actually fire up. Now there is not even that chance of it firing up at all.
Tried a different battery? Checked to make sure your coil and wick are not shorted with a multimeter?

Also test the switch, without a coil installed, with a multimeter use the probs on the pos and neg post and press the switch, you should read very close to battery voltage(make sure no coil is installed or reading will be lower)
Hey all, finally took the plunge and decided to try out a hybrid. Received my Orion V2.1 in the mail today and finally think I got my coil set up. Not to sure what size wire I received from the seller but did a 4/5 wrap. Popped my first coil and after wasting a full tank got the second one set up. Don't have the vapor I want but the taste and throat hit are awesome. Maybe someone could give me an idea on the coil situation. I seem to get a hot spot on the top coil and have the hardest time getting rid of it. Plus my washers already turned black.

I have a question for those of you with more time & experience with the Orion than I. What have you determined your favorite set up to be? 28 gauge kanthal wrapped 5/6?
I realize there are a number of variables even beyond the coils but that's what I'm curious about. I'm looking for thick 2 second draws, have every gauge of kanthal and have been trying a million different set-ups but am still looking for the ideal. I notice throughout the thread many keep tweaking it to improve things here & there and and test out different suggestions/techniques. I'm just really curious what, at this point, you'd say is the best set up for you right now. I imagine whatever allows me the most coils with a resistance of around 1.0-1.2 would be ideal.
