i finally found why i kept getting hotspot and previously i was not .... Attached is a picture . the small piece(on the right) is the previous mesh i used and what's on the left side is what i ordered from ebay which is supposed to be a 400 mesh. For the mesh on the right, i only did burn and quench for 3 times and you can see it's nicely oxidized... for the one on the left, I did burn and quench for about 15-20 times and still it just does not want to get oxidized. when i opened it up, i could still see the brown/bronze color and no matter how many times i burn and quench it does not go away.

The orion will auto fire when the battery is put the wrong way(positive side up) and will cause the switch to malfunction and could lead to destruction.

By you putting the battery in the wrong way also tells us that the switch was not defective because a defective unit will not even fire even if the battery was put incorrectly.

Is there a video, or can someone explain how to replace switch.
I had battery in correctly for 40 min before trying it upside down, when it will autofire without depressing button.

All set, 6/7 WRAPS, A1-28, not sure how many OHM, still waiting on my multimeter as this is my first non VW PV.

The draw is super tight compare to ZAP but I LOVE IT!! Reminds me taking drags from a cig.

Flavor - Very good already and will just get better when the 500 mesh breaks in

Vapor - Decent.

Overall, 10/10

Now all im worry about is the switch, do I buy them on Vapor Wall from Palipoe or anyone have his email? Thanks!

That sucks but glad you found the problem. I recommend 500 mesh from
The Mesh Company (Warrington) Ltd #400 & #500 Super Fine E-Cig Filtration Mesh - 25 Micron

paypal 15 euro to guillaume.pailleret@laposte.net

put in the comments 1 x Orion V2.1 Switch
and your address."

hmm, mine has always looked like the mesh on the left.... won't be ordering mesh from CoV again! I'm guessing it's not even stainless steel?
