Any appliance/lamp timer will work. I've got one I use for the Christmas lights every year that has two sockets & timer circuits. It sits on my desk at work and charges one channel at a time for 4 hours each during my work day. I set the first one up with a 4-port USB hub and charger dongles for eGo batts and the second for my xtar WP2-II.

Here's a bunch of decent ones on Amazon for reference.

NOTE: This is what happens when techie/computer geeks start vaping.

Do yourself a favor and get the Xtar charger. It is the least expensive of the "good" chargers. You can get one that just charges two batteries at a time, but there are ones that charge more than two batteries.

I'm already saving up for an Xtar charger. Another vaper also told me to get one since the chargers that came with the kit over charges the batteries. And apparently there is an Xtar charger that you can plug to your car. Thanks!

The Ultrafires I would definitely worry about overcharging - the charger that comes with the kit is a cheapo charger. Ultrafires are not the best batteries, they are on the low end.

Yeah, that's the reason why I got them for a low price. And the reason why paranoia is sinking in when I left it on the charger for too long

The WP2-II I have came with a car adapter. Works faster in the car than at my desk.

I received yesterday V8 and i like it very much (it is only one day of use..). I ordered 3 kits from alibaba and one has different connector, two of them has connector which does not need adapter, it is same as on this picture http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...iscountvapers-com-thread-689.html#post6881320 and one is with adapter. Does anyone knows is any other difference except in connector in this two versions?
I also ordered this batteries:
UltraFire 18350 3.7V 1200mAh Batteries (Pair) - Worldwide Free Shipping - DX
I hope they will work.

I am trying the Ultrafire batteries, I will let you know if they work. They will arrive soon.
My guess is that if you use the same exact batteries as come in the kit, that is the best.

p.s. If Discount Vapers ships to your country, I suggest you buy from him. He is a great person to do business with. There are other vendors who sell the kit that are great too. One is SmokTek. The reason I suggest this is that if you have a problem, they will replace what you bought.

Good prices on batteries at Dealextreme. I ordered some last month and got a shipping notice email two weeks ago with no tracking number and they're still not here yet. I don't like waiting two weeks for vape stuff, but it's only batteries so......

Oh yeah, and they offer free shipping! I really can't complain about the wait.

In kit i received:

Adapter for euro socket
One DCT tank (I'm still not sure is it 3.5ml or new 4.5ml, i have a lot of cartomizers for 3.5/6ml tanks, i think they are same)
Nice box, user manual
I attached pictures, white one has old connector, as described here and on many other places and blue one has new connector.

By the way, I had bad experience with SmokTek, i ordered some kit few months ago and atomizer in kit was broken, i send him email and he never answered. I didn't want to digg deeper....

Did you use the Contact Us form on SmokTek? If not, he does not see the emails I had the same experience. He is great if you telephone him. But you have to use the Contact Us or he does not read emails. If you do the Contact Us about the atomizer, he will replace it.

The pictures:
The white one with the tall adapter will work with tanks. The blue one will need a 510 to 510 adapter if you want to use tanks with it.

Glad you like your Ovales! They look great. The few times I have telephoned SmokTek, Rob, the owner has actually answered the phone.

I don't think so. Maybe its just the thread that was changed. Alibaba is confusing honestly. That's why I try to stay away from that site. Although they have good deals on that site.

Hey Penguin, how are you?

The Ovale V8 originally came with a Stardust in the box, I guess that is why it came with the 510-eGo adaptor. It works exactly the same as the Stardust on another device, although one would have to be very careful not to go over the lowest settings. Have you used a Stardust before?
