That's what I thought but I'd swear the opposite is true with my Vivi Novas combined with my v8.

I must be hallucinating. Thanks for confirming my imminent complete loss of touch with reality. ;)

Hehe. By the way, do you check the ohms of your Vivi on a multimeter or Provari or something? I believe that the ohms sometimes aren't what they are supposed to be. Oh and I finally ordered a Mini Nova and a Vivi Nova and looking forward to trying them out.

Nope. I have a multimeter. I used it… once.

Just remember to remove it from your V8 by unscrewing the base. If you grab it on the tube, you dismantle it and the liquid falls out. Having done it twice and almost done it a third time, it's a move I have perfected. (It's similar to removing the drip tip on your bottles of liquid and turning them upside down.)

That's really odd, Po. What I meant was try the geekier threads ;) those guys understand whatcher talkinabout.

Nah. You ask them a straight-forward question like which is hotter/hits harder and they start giving you formulas for amperes. Thanks, but if I had any interest in that stuff I would have gone to engineering school. I'm happy knowing "use protected batteries and surge protectors and never stick a fork in a live outlet."

Better than me... A long time ago, I bought one that never worked properly when I made my BoxMods, then searched and searched and finally found a nice small one. I even bought a cute case for it. The end. (never used it)

Yes, that is what I am worried about with the Vivis.... the fact that they are far less stable than the cartos I am so used to the last few months. Thanks for reminding me. Remember the one guy who posted some time ago and his Vivi was stuck on his Ovale V8?

If you're nervous about that, use an adapter.

I've been using two VNs for about 6 weeks now with no problems. When I begin to lose flavor, I finish that tankful (I like the short wick so there's a lot of twisting and turning to vape those last few drops) then I take it apart, wash it with non-antibacterial, unscented soap. Everything but the wick dries quickly so I've been rotating 3 coils -- using 2, drying 1.

So, this post is taking forever to write. Shortly before I saw your post, I came into the living room and didn't just drop my V8, I flipped it so it hit the bookcase twice before landing on the floor. My first reaction was that my VN had a full tank of a coffee-based liquid and OMG!!!!!! but it had just knocked free of the V8 and was sitting, fully sealed (and not dripping) on the carpet. The battery door came off the V8. One battery was under the desk and, when I found the door, the tab had broken off. So I took the door from my non-functioning, white V8 and put it on the back of my black one (it's actually a cute combo), screwed the VN back in and vaped away.

All was good until I needed to change the batteries. I went to take the VN off and ended up with a desktop full of coffee liquid. The VN was a little stuck in the adapter. This was because dragonbone jinxed me. Okay, it was because I gave several good bangs against hard objects. I took the adapter and the VN off together and then had no trouble separating them. But that VN has taken a dislike to that adapter. It's working fine on my other devices and I screwed my other VN into the same adapter and put them on the V8 where they are working just fine.

EEK!! Sorry about that lol! By the way, if you can find the little door hinge, you can glue it back on with superglue and it can be as good as new. As long as you glue it on straight. I used to bump off the counter or drop my little MadVapes BoxMods on the hard kitchen floor all the time and the door hinges would snap off as the door popped popped off the device in the fall. That happened many times, and I always managed to glue them on again, until the day I glued it on skew. It never closed properly again....

What coffee flavor are you vaping?

deejstuff Caramel Cappuccino. I still haven't found a coffee vape that I love, but I like this one a lot. (BTW, deej is great with international shipping, if you're interested.)

And it's on sale for the next week. I'm planning to try it too. My favorite real life milkshakes have always been coffee.

Thanks! I am always on the lookout for awesome juice vendors that ship international. After a couple of false starts with horrid juices, I am VERY happy with VaporGod's juices! In fact if I died today, they would probably have to bury me with my Cotton Candy filled device clutched in my one hand and my Chocolate Hazelnut filled device in my other hand, since they won't be able to pry it from my fingers....

But that definitely doesn't mean that I don't have my ears and eyes peeled for the next best thing.... Hehe.

Sorry about that. If you look at his website, Caramel Capp Cheesecake was my idea. Because it was a custom order, deej hadn't experimented with the ratio yet and mine is definitely heavy on the caramel capp and light on the cheesecake. I ordered the plain one on March 4 and the cheesecake on March 27. They did take an extraordinary amount of time to mellow, but they're quite good once they do. Try it again around Halloween. (And I get all my Deejstuff at 125%.)

Kick Bass Vapor also makes a very good Caramel Capp but it contains sucralose which I'd prefer to avoid. (But their Jamaican Ginger Mint is a must-have for me. I just have them mix it without the sweetener.)

I will definately try it again around then! I read that it was your idea. From the description it sounded really good but when I tried it, I was like "Who would vape this?!" but I am gonna let it steep til Halloween because I really want to like it!!!
