By the way, mine got here today - the purchase and the bonus freebie.
As everyone has been saying, it puts out an unbelievable hit. It demands some
respect, to be sure. I'm using a 1.8 ohm atty right now, but the next build is
going to have to be a bit higher.
And - as someone said, it burns through a heap o' juice in a hurry.
I have carto tanks and clearos I'm gonna try on it, but sheesh - I'm
vaping on
it at 3.1 volts, and it's a great hit, but it dries that atty real quick. Touch and
go
vaping - that's what it is.
On the non-resistance checker model, it's easy to turn off. The one that has
the resistance checker, though, doesn't seem to want to turn off. I'll play with
it later, but I did the usual stuff. The very in depth manual (smirk) says to hold
the button for 5 seconds. That obviously doesn't work. They might be trying to
say to hold it down until your fry your atty, and then it won't fire on you. I also
try 5 quick taps on the power button, which did not turn it off. It did turn the
one off with no ohm checker on it. Did I miss something - was I not holding my
mouth right?
So, this (these) is (are) my second box/grip mods. The first one was 'the' Gripper-
the one that goes for around $15-20, and I like it, but I LOVE these. I never
would have dreamed it months ago, but this is a game changer for me. I see
fewer tube mods and more of these; mechanical and VV.
