OK, so this ↓ here is the Nuppin' interest questionnaire gauge. (pic = link) I copied and pasted from the fat, chewy thread.
This would be primarily to gauge interest in # atties "in demand" (as well as variations and accoutrements, y'all). It may be used as a reverse directory, so please treat it as you inviting me to notify you if atties become available; but don't treat it as establishing your right to ownership. (it is not a down payment, it is a wishlist).
Ok. so here's a little announcement regarding Nuppin'.
I've increased the order quantity.
There is no longer cause for concern about getting/not getting. Someone saw our plight and volunteered a bit of augmentation. So, rest easy, relax, watch for them to go on sale here, in the Library (approximately 6 weeks from now). There shall be no survey-become-monster-list, nor any other type of listerizing; simply because there is no need. We'll keep it simple, and all will be good. I can't say as how I'll have any left, say 3-4 weeks after they go up; but there's enough on order now for everyone who filled out the survey, those who've expressed interest since, and some newcomers as well.

Just to clarify, will the next Nuppin be like the original or were changes made-- and if there were changes, what are they? I've read and read and now I'm confused as usual. Thank you!
good question, Moonbear. Thank you for the prompt. There will be a few minor changes. I will link to the post where I introduce them. Then, if one cared to, one might pick up on the discussion regarding those changes. (as well as some truly puerile and completely irrelevant gib-gab, chit-chat, and nonsense . .. . in large part, authored by yours truly)

Yeah, that is where I got confused about the outcome/decisions with all the chit shat. When final decisions/order is placed, maybe you could post a sticky or description of the changes here in library where there is a chance of seeing the final V 2.1 product now. Sure hope so.

hmmmm . .. . ok. Well there's a couple drawings in the post that I linked in my reply above. The first depicts exactly and specifically the change in design. The second is a scaled technical drawing of the V.2 atty with a section of the topcap next to it. There will also be some refinements made to the guts of the centerpost. (i.e. how the post is threaded and how the insulator is prepared to receive it.)

Beyond that, I suspect the photos and description of the finished atty, when I put it up for sale, will also be of some descriptive value . . . . .

P, could you post here any specs for innards and ends for the Pdib dna? Also, will there be the possibility for copper top caps for the Nuppin's?
