Delrin, when heated in the manufacturing process (table saw, for example) can release gasses that are unpleasant. By unpleasant, I mean throat constricting, breaking out in hives, passing out and falling on the floor . . . . . that kind of unpleasant.

Hey, Heli, what about MY atomizer?!?!

VH is trying to help me realize an atomizer design that's . . .. . well . . . . . different ;)

My ADV is R41 @ 0.7-0.8Ω, since i am not allowed to fog out the office. My boss once saw me on camera and thought i was actually smoking in there!

My "what in the name of God are you doing Trunker?" (HRH) vape is a dual coiled igo @ 0.4Ω. I like that at home since, not surprisingly, it's where i keep my batteries!

Cracking Dibi there CC - looks nothing like the original wood, it looks better!

I am waiting at my front door for the mailman like garfield. My glass blue dibi is out for delivery and on its way here.

I just wish the new mailman was as routine as the last one was (then it would have been here all ready).

at least it's out for delivery, I was getting worried. Freakin' california hippie mailmen . . . . . sheesh . . .

just havin' some fun here . . . . i don't care about this "cancer" stuff. . . . .. it's not like I live in the State of California

CHRONIC EFFECTS: CHRONIC INHALATION STUDIES IN ANIMALS HAVE
SHOWN THAT FORMALDEHYDE CAUSES NASAL CANCER IN RATS. THE
INTERNATIONAL AGENCY FOR RESEARCH ON CANCER HAS CLASSIFIED
FORMALDEHYDE AS A CARCINOGEN IN GROUP 2A, AND THE NATIONAL
TOXICOLOGY PROGRAM INCLUDED FORMALDEHYDE IN ITS ANNUAL REPORT ON
CARCINOGENS. THE OSHA TWA FOR FORMALDEHYDE IS 0.75 PPM. THE
ACGIH TLV IS 1 PPM. THE OSHA AND ACGIH STEL IS 2 PPM.

IF EXPOSED TO FUMES FROM OVERHEATING, MOVE TO FRESH AIR.
CONSULT A PHYSICIAN IF SYMPTOMS PERSIST.

does Delrin still release gases at vape operating temps of @ 200 - 300 F (haven't measured it reaching 300F but just providing a range )

I just thought of a Delrin cap bec. I'm already using a Delrin Tip and it "seems" unaffected regardless how hot my cyclone cap gets with sub Ω builds

It's so silky and shiny, it looks like fake wood, or faux black abalone.

Is that the one on the left in Peter's pics here?

I'm going to be honest and say I wasn't that impressed when I saw it in Peter's pics, but above.... WOW!

Edit: Since the above link apparently doesn't work for some people (it works fine for me), the pictures I was referring to are here and here.
